Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slow response, poor communication and my purchase Bought the 3Y1D warranty extension package, key in my laptop serial number during purchase, after few weeks receive email request for my invoice and purchase proof, replied and subsequently no response and until now received email saying my purchase is complete. Check my warranty online still the same 1 year. Call in few times in between, customer service didn't give a good explanation, no follow up call back too. Disappointed with the online purchase experience, not convenient at all.
