Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service on ink cartridge change Bought Hp 67 which is a wrong cartridge for my Envy printer. Feedback the need to change to correct Hp 61 ink cartridge. The person called Mr French handle the change efficiently and speedily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Timely delivery of items as promised. Do away with stocking spared. The ink cartridges were delivered in 2 days. The packaging was good and the items were intact. This allowed me to instantly replace the empty cartridge and allowed me to print documents. The printed document was to facilitate the grand-hildrens school learnings. The delivery schedule met my needs. The HP PrinterThe added advantage of this system is that I need not stock up spare cartridges. The HP Envy printer provides me warning to inform me when the ink lelvel is low.
