When will I receive my order?

Orders made before 3pm are eligible to receive their purchases the very next business day. This is subject to stock availability.

To get an approximate delivery time, enter your area Post Code on the product page prior to completing your purchase.

Please remember that all deliveries will require a signature upon receiving the order.

Do you ship orders outside of Singapore?

Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of Singapore.

What are your shipping rates?

Delivery of all orders is currently free of charge.

Our website reflects current product availability, but circumstances are dynamic. Cancellations and refunds

Change or Cancel An Order

Can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel an order, call our HP Shopping Call Centre on 1800 278 0182. Please note that additional fee charges may apply.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to HP. For more information about returns, please read our HP Store Returns Policy.


All refunds against order cancellations, after adjusting the cancellation charges, will be processed via cheque payment. Same applies if there is any change in order and the differential amount, if any, is to be refunded.

HP Store 14-Day Return Policy

Our commitment

If you are a consumer customer
(i.e. an individual purchasing products or services primarily for non-professional use)

At the HP Store we want to be completely satisfied with your purchase so you may change your mind and cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time before it ships and within 14 days from the day you receive your complete order.
Please note: it is HP Policy that we must have received the original items back prior to issuing any refund or replacement product/s.

If you are a business customer
(i.e. an individual or companies purchasing products or services for professional use)

You may change your mind and cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time before it ships and within 14 days from the day you receive your complete order.
Please note: nonstandard orders (for example a PC built to your custom specifications) are exempt from our 14 Day Returns Policy. It is HP Policy that we must have received the original items back prior to issuing any refund or replacement product/s.


HP’s 14-Day Return Policy does not apply:

• to products in which the box has been opened. Only non-opened box items are eligible for return and refund;
• to customised products that have been built to your specific requirements;
• to products that are not returned to HP in an as-new condition;
• to products returned to HP without all original packaging, media, documentation and accessories; or
• where you are unable to provide HP with satisfactory proof of purchase.

Bonus Offers and Bundled Items

Where products are supplied with a gift card or bonus offer, the gift card or bonus must also be returned with the product. If the gift card or bonus is not returned, or if the bonus is not returned in an as new condition, then the value of those items will be deducted from any available refund.
In the case of bundle offers, all bundle items must also be returned to HP in an as new condition otherwise the value of those items will be deducted from any available refund.

How to return an unwanted item

To return a product, please call HP on +6272 5300 for assistance. To help us deal with your request as quickly as possible, please have your original order number ready.
You are responsible for all costs of returning a product back to HP under this Change of Mind Policy.

Before returning a product to HP

Please remove any:
• additional software and personal information
• hardware components which you have installed yourself on the product after you received it
• personal CDs or DVDs you used to install drivers for any hardware products
• passwords used to block access to the operating system or any other software components which came with the product

Please note that refunds cannot be issued until HP receives the original product back. Refunds for all purchases will be given using your original payment method. HP aims to process refunds within 21 days.

Our After Sales Team will help to arrange collection of the goods free of charge on a mutually convenient date.

Please ensure you have tracking/proof of delivery as without this, we will be unable to process your refund.

Our After Sales Team will provide you with a reference for your claim, this needs to be added to the outer packaging to allow us to quickly process your goods upon return to our warehouse.

Please note if you are waiting to receive another HP Store order, please be aware that the delivery & the collection will be done by two different drivers (drivers are not permitted to accept unplanned packages).

Returns Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance by HP, including HP satisfying any requirements under any US or other export control regulations. Electronic orders must satisfy any legal requirements that agreements be in writing. Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by HP, at its sole discretion. Cancellation or reschedule charges for services may be applicable. Any non-refundable deposit paid in relation to a cancelled order is irreversibly forfeited at the time of cancellation. Subject to this clause, Once you have submitted your order it is final and binding upon you.

Damaged & Replace

Damaged Product or Box

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product don’t worry.
Firstly, please be sure to note and outline any damage on the delivery note supplied by our carrier.
To help us fix the situation as quickly as possible please call our Post Sales team within 14 days of receipt of your order +6272 5300

Please provide as much detail as possible:
Is the damage visible on the product before or after opening?
Was the box/equipment damaged?
Provide photographic evidence of the damage.
HP will arrange to collect the goods at a convenient date and once returned back to our warehouse and assessed HP will ship you a replacement or give you a refund.

How long will an item remain in my cart?

Items in remain in your cart and will be available until the session expires. In case you are inactive & not able to complete the transaction, you will be asked to login again.

What happens if one of the products that I ordered is out of stock?

You may contact the online chat agent on the bottom right of the HP Shopping website or call the Call Centre on 1800 278 0182 and speak to our customer representative.

What’s the out of stock order (backorder) cancellation conditions?

- No refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation of any purchase of supplies or accessories.

- In the event of a cancellation of any purchase of products other than supplies or accessories:

  • No cancellation fees will apply in the event a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours from the time payment is received.
  • A cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price paid will be applied in the event a cancellation request is received from 48 hours after the time payment is received. The balance of the purchase price paid will then be refunded.

The processing time for refunds is 14 business days from the date a valid cancellation request is received.

Yes, once your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email immediately on your registered email ID.

About pre-order

What is a pre-order?

“Pre-order” allows you to reserve a product or purchase in advance prior to its scheduled release date or restock. Products in pre-order status are marked with “pre-order” button.
Pre-order reservation can be made via full advance payment. You can also opt for "Notify me" and get notified when the pre-order product is available for purchase.

What are "Clearance items" products?

All products listed in our Clearance items are brand-new discontinued products shipped in original packaging. We usually have very limited quantities of these products and when they are gone, we can't get more.
There are no refurbished models available through the Clearance items.

How do I use a discount coupon code?

To redeem coupons, just enter at cart once you completed your shopping and are ready to checkout.

1. After choosing your required options, click on the buy now button.
2. Click "View/Edit cart".
3. Enter your coupon code in the box labelled "Apply Discount Code" and click "Apply Discount".
4. Your coupon discount should show up on the Discounts line, under the Total Discount.
5. Click the "Checkout" button.
6. After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Why is my coupon code rejected?

If your coupon code is rejected, there may be several reasons:

1. You have entered the coupon code incorrectly. Please re-check the code and re-enter it.
2. You are trying to apply a discount to a product not included in the coupon offer, such as products combined with others in a bundle, or refurbished products that may not allow coupon discounts.
3. Your coupon has expired.
4. Your coupon requires a minimum purchase which has not been met.
5. Your coupon is limited to a set quantity of purchases and the limit has already been met. For example, limited to the first 25 units sold.
6. Your product is not available to coupon discounts as designated by coupon details.

If our site does not accept your coupon, and you believe you have a valid coupon, please call us at 1800 278 0182 (toll free), Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm) except public holiday or email hpstoresingapore@customerservice.team. They can assist in resolving the coupon redemption problem.

Terms and Conditions

HP Online Store distributes coupons to our customers periodically. All standard HP Online Store Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made using coupons including our Personal Use policy. Coupons may be subject addition terms, conditions, and restrictions including:

• For HP Online Store online and phone order purchases.
• Must be redeemed at the time of order.
• Valid between start and end dates as posted on the coupon.
• Limited to one usage per customer. One coupon per checkout.
• Non-transferable.
• May require a minimum purchase as designated in the individual coupon details.
• Not valid in retail stores.
• May or may not be valid with other discounts, bundles, promotions, discount purchase programs, or HP services.

Each HP Online Store coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and rewards associated with it. Review your coupon for the specific requirements, as all requirements must be met in order to receive the coupon discount.
The HP Online Store does restrict the use of coupons and discounts for certain types of products, order sizes, and/or time periods based on criteria established by the HP Online Store.
Products and support purchased with coupons are solely for the Customer's personal use and not for immediate resale or sub-licensing.
