Purchasing refurbished computer equipment is a smart way to do more with a limited budget. Many of our customers buy refurbished products because they've found that their business applications don't require the latest technology - or sometimes, because they prefer a uniform computing environment that'll save on software migrations, they seek out early generation hardware to match what they already have.
The type of equipment you will find here is fully functional HP business products — returned to HP for a variety of reasons. Most are cancelled orders and customer return units, while others are overstocks, evaluation units, cosmetically blemished or discontinued products. What you won't find is equipment that has been in use over a long period of time.
Once the products are returned to HP, they go through a rigorous re-manufacturing process where parts are tested and re-verified. Refurbished product is covered under a standard HP limited warranty and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to HP within 10 days after purchase for an exchange or refund.
