How do I get it?

HP Proactive Support is currently available in HP Web Jetadmin 8.1 for Windows, HP Easy Printer Care as of version 2.0 for Windows and into the HP Printer Utility  for Designets (Mac OS and Windows)

HP Proactive Support is available in version 8.1 of HP Web Jetadmin 8.1 for Windows as a plugin. The plugin can be installed automatically using HP Web Jetadmin's intelligent Product Update feature or downloaded here.

If you already have a previous version of HP Easy Printer Care and would like to upgrade to version 2.0 with HP Proactive Support, simply run the HP Software Update utility which can be found within the HP Easy Printer Care Support tab to receive the latest upgrade notification

The new HP Printer Utility  for Designjet is available online and included in the HP Start-Up Kit DVD included with the new HP Designjet Z Photo Printer series
