Rated 1 out of 5 by RunAway from Horrendous experience I was very excited to receive my new Spectre laptop. As soon as I opened it, it became clear there was something wrong with the screen. I notified HP Support immediately, and have now spent over a month - and probably 25-30+ hours trying to get the issue resolved. HP Support on WhatsApp have been impressively unhelpful. Right now, it's unclear what - if any - resolution will present itself, so I'm stuck with a $2,000 paperweight. Very unsatisfied with my purchase and the post-sales support. Very important to note that the "14-day change of mind" promise apparently only applies if you *don't* open the box - so good luck if you find anything wrong with the machine once you've done that.
