Bad customer service and product!!!
item come in bad condition! ink was already inserted into the printer beforehand. many stains of ink in the printer. can't switch the printer on possibly due to the ink seepage. worst of all, was refunded instead of a replacement unit (after almost a month)!!!!

Value for money, could improve on the footprint and double-sided printing in HP smart
The printer is super good value for money. One ink bottle can last for very long.
However, it is not the smallest in footprint as compared to the competitor’s.
It doesn’t come with double-sided printing. Even though both MacOS and Windows have manual double-sided printing, i have to manually click the odd (1,3,5 ...) and even pages one by one in the HP smart app when printing from phone. Image you do this over 50 pages.

Pros and Cons
Nice design. Printing encounters not printing situations which require using 123hp.com to set up again. Once printing works, printing is smooth and print quality is good. Copying and scan functions work well. Have not tested the fax function yet. Would have been perfect if two sided straight through printing function is available instead of manual flipping to print the other side. Likes the ink tanks which hopefully can print more pages than just normal cartridges.

Printing photo using glossy photo paper but always have back ink/powder remain at paper surface. And many scratch line too.

This AiO printer is a good innovation because of the ink-tanks.
However it has a big disadvantage: Doublesided printing must be done manually.My old AiO 6520 does this very well and I do not understand why 615 has not been developed for performing this as well.

This is a great printer!
The printer is easy to setup, although there are quite a lot of steps during the setup. The printer is working very well, and it is very easy to print using Apple's Airprint, no drivers installation is required.
