The support informed me the order was canceled but after 3 days the delivery still went to my home and I had to reject the delivery....I was charged 15% cancellation fee. This is the first time I know about this kind of thing in my 10 years' online shopping experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Me&Willow from My Review On MFP M283fdw After much review. HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw is worth buying. Easy set-up and most important the printing, scanning ability as what I have wanted for my printer to be. It is almost the same as my office MFP then only thing is much smaller. As for the speed, it is all good for me. Tested on the the printer to be very clear and thereafter used printed document to scan it (a little smudge) but all good almost as clear. Use my Mac and iPhone to print wireless, works perfectly. With wireless, I do not have cables running around. Overall a very good printer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by K.Wong from Good printer for moderate use Double sided printing is a breeze, printing quality good, fast printing and quiet. Scanning I prefer my old Window interface than the current HP Smart App. I like that customer service is so accessible, I got my tech questions answered on the website and sales and recycle issue answered promptly via Whatsapp. Minus one point for not being more green - would prefer HP to collect my old HP printer for recycling as well as a recycling program for used print cartridges. All the more infuriating is on site, consumers are reminded to be more sustainable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mich from Machine is fine, annoying user software issue. Be careful. overall okay. But the user interface is not as friendly, and the user software does not support early Mac OS versions, making the scanner function not accessible at all on those computers, which is very annoying and frustrating. As a comparison, Canon's laser all-in-one machines does not have such a problem, as Canon provides different versions of user softwares which accommodates to all different OS versions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good home use colour laser printer Installation was easy. Printing was quick. Duplex scanning was not a single pass but need to scan twice. My previous HP laser printer jammed after less than 5 years. Read feedback from users that it is a come issue with HP laser printer. I hope HP has worked to improve their design but had not read anything about what HP had done on this technical design weakness.

(a) Setting up was a breeze (b) It comes with toners pre-installed (c) It has done away with separate packaging of toners, and leaves no room for printhead damage while installing in the past apart from being environment friendly (d) Comes with 3 different power cables to cater for different types of power sockets

It supports wireless and can install drivers automatically on macos and windows. Andt it's also easy to scan if you use USB driver. However, it's queite complex to scan if you want send to your email, you need to apply for a new email account and set up its SMTP, and etc,...

Only disappointments were (1) that the old toner cartridges were not compatible & (even unused ones) had to be thrown away; and (2) it can't be repaired but must be thrown away according to the service center! What a way to generate more e-waste!
