Thermal Inkjet Technology Nets Prestigious Award

The development and commercialization of thermal inkjet technology has earned HP the Corporate Innovation Award from the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
Frank Cloutier, chief technology officer, Imaging and Printing Group, will receive the award on behalf of HP at an awards dinner on June 19 in Kansas City, Missouri.

HP FAS Named Best New Technology at FOSE Trade Show

HP's Forms Automation System (FAS) was the big winner at the 28th annual FOSE Best New Technology awards ceremony, held March 23-25 in Washington D.C.
Called "an innovative approach to document management" by judge Brad Grimes of Washington Technology, HP FAS is an automated system that makes it easier and quicker to gather and process paper forms using digital pen and paper technology.
FOSE is the largest and longest-running technology trade show for government professionals in the United States.
