Description

Pages print with sharp, narrow, dark bands repeating at every 1.4 inches (36mm) in whole page.

 Most likely causes

 Troubleshooting and suggestions
  1. Replace the yellow image drum Pictures of the yellow image drum. Clicking this icon will open a new window.. Show me how.
  2. After replacing the yellow image drum, print another set of PQ troubleshooting pages. Show me how.
  3. Look at the new set of test pages. If the issue is not resolved, contact HP.
 Recommended parts
Order a yellow image drum.
Note: It is not necessary to replace the other image drums.
