Follow the steps listed below to activate PRE-ROTATION.

  1. Print a copy of this Web page and walk over to the printer you are troubleshooting.

  2. Press the Menu button to enter the MENU on the control panel of the printer.

  3. Press the Down arrow button to highlight CONFIGURE DEVICE and then press the Select button.

  4. Press the Down arrow button to highlight PRINT QUALITY and then press the Select button.

  5. Press the Down arrow button to highlight OPTIMIZE and then press the Select button.

  6. Press the Down arrow button to highlight PRE-ROTATION and then press the Select button.

  7. Press the Down arrow button to highlight ON and then press the Select button.
