Some print quality issues not shown on the PQ troubleshooting test pages may be identified by performing the following procedure.

Step 1:	Print the solid color test pages. Perform the Setup page procedure using your computer. Show me how. Click to print the Solid color test pages using your computer.
Step 2:	Walk over to the printer you are troubleshooting and pick up the solid color test pages.
Step 3:	For each solid color test page that has a horizontal faded band at the top of page as shown below, click on the corresponding Solid color test page below.


Solid Cyan Test Page	Solid Magenta Test Page	Solid Yellow Test Page	Solid Black Test Page

If no solid color test page has a horizontal faded band at the top of page, click here to see other possible issues.
