Price Match Terms

At the time of purchase, we (https://www.hp.com/id-en/shop/) will match the current direct-fulfilled price (including all taxes and delivery charges) of not more than 10% of the compared price difference for all new HP products (basis HP part number) and with any nationally recognized online partner. Just call us on 007-803-331-5068 to request a price match and to complete your new purchase because price match requests cannot be completed via e-mail or the online store at check-out. When you call, please tell the sales agent:

1. The applicable product you’d like to purchase from https://www.hp.com/id-en/shop/ and the direct fulfilled price (including all taxes and delivery charges) and the link to the price you get from other online partner store.
2. Please note that price matching is only available when the relevant product(s) are in stock both in the HP Indonesia Store as well as the online partner store at the time of purchase.

The HP Indonesia Store sales agent will review and verify the price match request with you on the phone, including determining whether the online partner is a recognized Indonesia online partner and, verifying whether the products have the same HP part number.

In the event of a dispute arising from this Price Match Guarantee, HP has final and binding decision rights.
