Description

The cyan (blue) color is faded along the vertical direction from the top to the bottom of the page.

Most likely causes

Troubleshooting and suggestions

  1. Print the Supplies status pages. Show me how.
  2. Look at the Supplies status pages, if the "Low Reached" status for the cyan print cartridge Picture of the printer cartridge. is YES, then replace the cyan print cartridge. Show me how. If the "Low Reached" status for the cyan print cartridge is NO, then contact HP: CP4025, CP4525.
  3. Wait until the printer returns to the Ready state. Note that this will take several minutes.
  4. Print another set of PQ troubleshooting pages. Show me how.
  5. If the issue is not resolved, contact HP: CP4025, CP4525.
