  1. Print a copy of this Web page and walk over to the printer you are troubleshooting.

  2. Press button on the control panel of the printer to enter the MENUS.

  3. Scroll to find CONFIGURE DEVICE by touching the scrolling arrows Pictures of the scrolling arrows. Clicking this icon will open a new window. on the touchscreen display.

  4. Touch CONFIGURE DEVICE on the touchscreen display.

  5. Scroll to find PRINT QUALITY by touching the scrolling arrows Pictures of the scrolling arrows. Clicking this icon will open a new window. on the touchscreen display.

  6. Touch PRINT QUALITY on the touchscreen display.

  7. Scroll to find FULL CALIBRATE NOW by touching the scrolling arrows Pictures of the scrolling arrows. Clicking this icon will open a new window. on the touchscreen display.

  8. Touch FULL CALIBRATE NOW on the touchscreen display.

  9. Wait for the printer to calibrate.
