HP Customer Engagement Survey

This survey is part of a program that evaluates the experience of HP Customers when working with HP or with our partners. This program is a joint venture between HP Corporate Marketing and HP's business groups, and is an integral part of HP's Total Customer Experience planning. Insights from the study are used to develop strategies that continue to enhance our customers' experience when conducting business with HP.

Customer contacts for this global survey are obtained through our internal customer data bases and in adherence with HP's privacy policy. The research partners we engage with adhere to all of the professional standards and codes of conduct of the market research industry associations (AMA, CASRO, ESOMAR and MRS).
