Rated 1 out of 5 by Help Desk from Poor quality. Purchased 20+ headsets for our company. 15 don't charge. Once they died their bricked. Not able to charge them so they quickly became expensive paper weights. Going to contact customer service but at the rate our headsets fail I do not these. We spend more time troubleshooting these headsets for connection, battery, sound, microphone issues than anything else at our company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PolyShouldLookElsewhere from Bad Product I have used this headset for approximately three months in an office setting. It is extremely unreliable, difficult to pair, has subpar audio quality, and extreme lag during phone conversations. The construction of this headset is worse than that in most modern consumer headphones, yet this set costs significantly more. Additionally, this headset is uncomfortable to wear for more than 30 minutes due to the cheap headband that squeezes your head with the earpieces. In three months, I have already had one headset break due to the cheap build quality. I do not have much hope for the second headset.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not interested from Works great 80% of the time When it works, it works great and has outstanding range. The problem is that it only works about 80% of the time. I use it exclusively with teams (what it was designed for) and it consistently drops and consistently does not connect on 1st attempt. I'm in the process of returning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BrentR85 from Worth The Expense I have been a telecommuter since 2006, and had been searching for a comfortable, secure, long rang headset, that can also hold up through 7 solid hours of call time. I found exactly what I was looking for in the Savi 7310. It is hands down the best quality headset I have ever owned. Calls are crisp and clear, and the noise canceling boom makes a huge difference in call quality. The padding on the earpiece (I have the single mono version) is soft and breathable, and doesn't cause ear pain after a long day of wear like some of the lesser quality headsets. The range is far beyond what I need, but nice to have nonetheless. I would highly recommend this headset. It is a little pricey, but in the case of the Savi 7310, you really do get what you pay for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sharonk from Because of the pandemic, my employer sent all of us home to work, which worked really great for me. However, hearing my members was a challenge within itself. I complained, called IT support regularly. Then one day a package arrived at my doorstep...my Savi7310 Wireless Headset. They are absolutely amazing. Audio is crystal clear, very crisp. It's an amazing feeling to know companies still produce quality items. Thank you very much!!

Will this work with a Polycom VVX 411 without the need to lift the hand set off of the phone. I would to be able to plug the DECT dongle directly into the VVX 411 USB port if that would work?

Asked by: TomC2
The Savi Office series is compatible with a Polycom VVX411. In order to be able to answer/end calls without the need of picking up the handset, you can either use an HL10 handset lifter or an APP-51 EHS cable. Both accessories have the same function. The HL10 provides Remote Call Control manually, while the EHS works electronically. This model doesn't include a USB dongle. Since this is an Office version, it comes with a charging base that plugs directly to a desk phone through an interface cable or an EHS cable for Remote Call Control. Is this product compatible with Cisco CP-7841 VoIP phones?

Asked by: MonicaN
Yes, it is compatible. If you're also interested in the Remote Control Feature to answer/end calls directly from the headset, check out our APC-43 Electronic Hookswitch Cable. Note: If using the key expansion module 7914 cable 85638-01 or 40287-05 (Europe) from Plantronics is required. CallManager needs to be at version 4.1(3) or greater. Phone firmware needs to be 8.3(3) or greater. Wireless headset hookswitch control must be enabled at the CallManager level.

Hello, I need a wireless headset for Cisco 7841 with a splitter that the other trainee agent can hear. Please recommend, thanks

Hi! For this type of setup, we recommend you to check out our Encore Pro 720 (HW720) headset along with a U10 cable (PN: 26716-01) that allows you to plug the headset into the Cisco Phone. As for being able to add a trainee agent, you can get our Y Adapter Trainer cable, enabling 2 headsets to connect to the same call.
