WAS great… stopped working.I got these about a month and a half ago - they were awesome! The one issue I had while they were working is a slight distortion sound / crackling when they are half off of your ear (trying to listen to another thing in real life at the same time) or if you move abruptly.
All of that was more or less fine, though. Not an absolute deal breaker.
A few days ago, however, in the middle of use, my headset shut off and was unable to power back on. At first I thought the battery died, but it wasn’t that - it wasn’t even taking a charge. Found all kinds of reset steps online and nothing I’ve done has made them turn back on again.
Submitted a warranty claim 5 days ago today and haven’t heard back yet. Probably wouldn’t recommend these between suddenly dying and lack of response from support.
I need a headset to work from home. Slow turnaround time is preventing me from doing that easily.

Volume issues Xbox Series XPlease note this is very early in this products life and I am sure firmware can address issues. Volume on the Xbox Series X is very low, even with volume on headset maxed. Also have adjusted settings specifically within the Xbox headset software to max volume, to no avail.
Software (QR) code sent with product to download is for ear buds and I don't believe has been updated since this product was released.
