Thus far..
The computer isn’t as crisp as I would like. You’d thing that with 32 gigs of ram this thing would be a get engine. My online apps with multiple tabs cause it glitch up. Do not have another computer to compare it to other than a 2011 MacBook but I a few updates I’m sure the MacBook could match.
As time goes maybe it gets better but that usually bit the case with technology.

Won't keep this one a long time
Would not buy again. Wolf Security is like having malware. Shows your browsers are being managed by an organization. Tried to uninstall it, but some of it resides in the BIOS. The computer has terrible latency issues. The touchpad is awful. I've tried adjusting the settings but the click sensitivity varies minute to minute, and I had to disable pinch-zooming because it would kick in when I was just trying to scroll. The body of the computer is also much narrower than older 15" laptaps, due to the narrow bezel. Good for portability, terrible if you actually want to sit on the couch and use it on your lap. It's not wide enough. The front edge of the case also is like a knife edge. Someone at HP should get fired for that. W11 Pro is also more like home, loaded with annoying ads and "news" feeds, too quite a lot of work to turn it all off. Only giving it 3 stars because it does actually work, and the price was reasonable for a name brand product. HP has really lost its luster though.

I have had a HP computer previously and has lasted about 10 years, so I am hoping this new HP computer will do the same. Love the lights under the keys, maybe screen could have been bigger my old HP was 17 inch

Too secure
Takes longer to boot than my 450-g1 model which has an ssd now at 9 years old. The bitlocker protection messes with my new acronis backup software. Tricky to get it to see bootable media on boot have to tap esc forever to trigger that. .dont want the login password for microsoft.

I loved the computer , but it came with the incorrect operating system.The customer service department me sent me around the world for hours...I only needed a registration code to upgrade my service to windows 11 pro.. I spoke with customer service and thought I could take it to a service center and get it corrected.. I was told at the service center that they didn't handle software issues..I got so frustrated that I returned the computer and will probably look elsewhere to fulfill my computing needs..

Great Business Computer
Bought this computer about a week ago. As an IT professional, HP Probooks are amazing. The HDD (SSD) size allows for plenty of storage. Windows Pro offers many features of businesses to succeed and this computer has the computer to benefit from those features. The screen quality is clear, not an important feature for me in this business. The quality of parts and the upgrade ability is far superior than Dell Business.

Why would any windows laptop ship without an IRcam
I really with the HP website would indicate very clearly whether a laptop has an IR scanner in the camera or not. That's a massive feature that either makes my life easier 100 times a day opening my laptop, or is a massive pain because I need to type in a password.

Bonita, buen rendimiento pero teclado poco usable
Es bonita la laptop, tiene un diseño liviano, elegante y tiene buen rendimiento. El único punto en contra que he encontrado es el teclado. La compré para usarlo en desarrollo de aplicaciones, programación en base de datos y lo relacionado a codificación. En estas tareas se usa mucho las teclas direccionales arriba/abajo y se combina con las teclas inicio/fin, ya sea para seleccionar código, desplazarse, seleccionar y ejecutar, etc.
En este teclado se me dificulta mucho porque las teclas direccionales arriba/abajo es una tecla dividida en dos y debo estar mirando el teclado para ver si voy a presionar la tecla correcta. Como decía, en desarrollo, las teclas direccionales se combina mucho con las teclas inicio/fin y estas teclas también son pequeñitas y están en la parte superior, muy distantes por lo que no se puede combinar con facilidad; además, están junto a la tecla suprimir y sin ningún espacio diferencial como para poder identificarlo al tacto, me ha pasado muchas veces que por presionar la tecla inicio he presionado la tecla suprimir.
En resumen, falta usabilidad al teclado, compraré un teclado externo para poder sacarle provecho en desarrollo de aplicaciones. Para usuarios que escriben mirando el teclado quizás sea la laptop ideal.

Not true to its word
The CPU processor only has 1.3 GHZ. When I purchased the laptop online, it showed 3.4 GHZ.
This is the 2nd time this has happened. I’m very disappointed on how you deliver your product as it does not always meet my expectations.

Positive first impression
Have only had the product about two weeks, so the long term performance has yet to be determined. First impression is very positive. The metal case of the laptop provides a solid feel. The keyboard has large keys (however not backlit). Performance has been excellent so far. Note that the RJ-45 port is spring loaded. At first I couldn't get a cable to fit in the port. Via a YouTube video search I found the port pulls down. It wasn't obvious at first glance and the documentation does not reflect how to use the port. Another interesting feature of the machine is that the power button is on the keyboard (above the backspace key). The location is not a problem, just haven't seen that location before.

Battery life not sufficient or as advertised
I purchased this on the strength of longer lasting battery and this product does not deliver. I bought new a little over a month ago for business use and I can barely get through 1 two hour zoom meeting without it telling me I need to charge my battery. I have other personal hp laptops that significantly less expensive with longer lasting battery life than this. It’s too late for me to return so I’m not exactly sure what to do at this point. I guess I’m stuck with a poorly functioning business laptop that doesn’t even allow for me to do half a day of business with needing to be charged. Very disappointing.
I decided to work from home today. I started in meetings @ 830, it’s 1050 now and the laptop is already on the charger because of low battery.

Business Grade Computer
I have had the computer for a couple weeks now. After getting things transferred from my other computer things are up and running well. I can tell the hardware is more durable than a consumer grade computer the parts are heavier. I did buy a warranty for this one so I can’t evaluate the quality of the warranty since I haven’t used it but so far I am pleased with the computer.

Light, sturdy, and fast
Needed quickly; ordered Wed evening and started setting up Friday before dinner. No issues with laptop (several with MicroSoft!). I got what I was looking for: a light, durable, and fast device. I often work with others and address points on my screen, and I think this may be the last computer on the market without a touch screen. I no longer have much need for a long plane rides' worth of battery, and so I prefer this lighter package even though it means I need a recharge more often.

This is my first ProBook outside of a company laptop, we changed back and forth every couple years between Dell an HP, the HP's were my favorites. So far it has been great! Quality internals of Kingston and Samsung. My last personal laptop died after 2.5 years well respected brand also.

Good machine
I have only been using my new laptop for a few weeks but in that time I have loved it. My last laptop was very slow, hung up a lot and the speaker volume was not very high. This laptop is wicked fast. My only complaint is I hate how I was constantly pressured to use OneDrive. Part of the reason I purchased this machine was I wanted the storage. Imagine my surprise when I am being told I am out of storage - had no idea all the files I was moving over where being stored into the cloud. I finally got rid of OneDrive but it was annoying.
