Now its battery is completely drained out, have to replace it. So be ready to experience this within 2 years. No use of purchasing extended warranty, just providing assistance & no replacements. Facing the issue when my laptop still within extended warranty & then replace the battery myself.

Al principio estuve teniendo un poco de problemas pero creo que eran por las actualizaciones. Como hago videollamadas la batería no me dura mucho la verdad (como indicaba que dura 11 horas pensé que así sería pero no). Espero me dure al menos 4 años el equipo. Le daría 5 estrellas si la batería me durará más para videollamadas.

I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get the tech support I thought I needed for free when I first started, being referred to "Smart Friends Support", a pay as you go third party group. Eventually I am learning how to do what I want by trial and error- probably the best way anyway.

The Warm Gold version comes with a fingerprint reader, although the website says otherwise. My only gripe isn't so much with the computer as it is with the pen - I wish there was a way to turn it off, rather than have it constantly drain battery.

Thanks for your question! The HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop - 14t-dy100 cannot be charged using the USB-C port. The laptop must be charged with the included AC Adapter. This USB-C can be used for charging peripheral devices, data transfers, video output, etc.

Thank you for your question! The base version of this HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop - 14t-dy100 will not come with a fingerprint reader or backlit keyboard. However, the HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen (Natural Silver) is included in the price. This model can be customized also and a backlit keyboard can be added.
