I have not moved all of my software over to Windows 11 yet, but what I have is running fine on Win 11. What I was surprised at was the lack of any paper work to come with it. I am talking about anything that would help a new user or someone not familiar with setting up a new computer would need such as a quick start guide. I have worked with computers for years and it was no problem for me to start up and setup the HP but someone who had not setup a computer before would need help. I have owned several HP computers over the years and the power button was on the corner of the keyboard but they have moved it in toward the middle and I had to look for it. My HP has speed, great touch screen which has sharp image and the fingerprint login is great. I would have given this HP computer a 5 star ratings except for the lack of a startup guide and a standard SD drive instead of only the mini drive. It would have been nice to have both as I have a lot of standard SD drives and a few mini, so I had to purchase an external SD drive attachment.

I luckly bought it from Costco so it was super easy to return and they gave me a replacement. However the network card went in 4 months on the replacement laptop. These laptops are terrible. Not worth the money or the hassle.

And take note that the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop which makes no sense so the sound is always muffled and its hard to watch and shows or hear people clearly sometimes.

It does not have a plug for a standard scan disk, so I had to buy an adapter to plug into the usb port to use any of the disks I have for cameras, as they require scan disks. I am also irritated that no one makes computers with Cd video/audio as I have both and I have programs on CDs that I cannot use because the manufacturers have deemed the technology obsolete. This computer is not very useful for my needs.

In the first 3 months, I have had no issues. I would prefer a couple more USB-C ports, however I can always add a docking station if the need arises. It is really fast and has plenty of processing speed for my needs. My only complaint is the lack of backlit keyboard, which was mentioned in the product description.

I would suggest the you go back to 10 and give the option for 11 is wanted. Everyone knows that new windows versions are never stable on release. Usually takes a good 6 to 12 months to debug.

Hello Merv, when this HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eg0097nr is paired with an HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock this will be compatible with multiple displays.
