Rated 4 out of 5 by Rball from HP i7-1195G7 Very happy with the performance and price of the laptop. The build quality seems a little low, no metal cover. The cover hinge does seem strong. I dislike that all ports are on the same side. I use the laptop with remote keyboard and mouse. When I additionally use the type C port, it blocks the reception of the dongle for the keyboard and mouse. I had to buy a usb extendor.

Im not able to press the unmute button on my keypad to resolve it. When I got to volume settings it says "no input found". Restarting the laptop resolves it but I'm wondering if there's another solution?

NO - IT DOES NOT HAVE A SD READER. Whoever at HPTeam that answered this, is woefully uninformed. I have this product, in my hands, and there is no SD Reader, and a reader is not listed in the description. Perhaps the Intel cpu version has one, but this general answer originally provided is just flat out wrong.

The TRSS HP microphone/headphone that came with the 14Z-ec000 laptop works for phone, but not the mic. Regardless of any "input vol" setting (cord or sounds/input/mic slider). The "test your mic) returns "0% of total volume" what do I need to do?
