Rated 5 out of 5 by Pooter37 from Sweet Machine I have been waiting for this system to go on sale. We love the big screen, fast system. Our old one(10yrs)was due to be recycled, tortoise slow, too many improvements. I got the wireless keyboard & mouse which are comfortable and responsive. I like HP products, very reliable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SU H from Great so far So far, I really like this machine. Time will tell, of course, but as of right now, I love the monitor size, the keyboard (like butter), the low profile on my desk (no more HUGE tower taking up space on my floor, no more reaching under my desk to turn the thing on. The screen resolution is crisp and clear, and with a Ryzen processor, 32 gigs of ram, a 2TB SSD hard drive and1TB of file storage, it holds a lot of files and is lightening fast, compared with my old DELL. I'm not sure about the tech support yet, but as far as the machine is concerned, I like it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Pavilion Worse than the Z1 series. First of all this computer was bought to replace previous model of the All-in-one series, the Z1-G3. I Iiked the series as I’m cramped for space. I had no room for a regular desktop configuration of a box of works tied to a separate monitor. I was happy with the Z1-G3 running Windows-7 Pro. It was super fast, responsive, had super graphics and sound. And I liked the Windows-7 interface. I liked the veridical cooling feature, it helped to kept out dust. And I could not get a black version of computer. But then one day I had a catastrophic failure, the monitor went blank and I had increasing problems booting it up, it seemed stuck in some boot strap mode. I couldn’t see the problem not even using the external monitor port since it was not functioning in the bootstrap Post mode. I did not like the succeeding generations of Windows past Windows-7, they just got suckier, especially on the interface. So when I got this computer it was running Windows-11 which totally sucked on the interface. Yes it has some nice features but I could live without them. I’m currently in the process of configuring it to my liking and it’s taking a lot of time out of my day. I just started doing major changes Wednesday, a week after I got it. The major reason Microsoft decided about a bare-bones interface is they are obsessed with the carbon footprint. Well it got news for you, climate change is mostly driven by the Sun’s incoming energy influenced by water vapor and atmospheric density. The human component is land usage which has a little effect but not what the IPCC and the other warmists claim. So I could care less about the “carbon- AKA CO2”, footprint.” I do care about energy consumption and it was not unreasonable with the Z1-G3 vs. performance. The best feature of the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27 is that it weighs a lot less that the Z!-G3. Although it was a custom build. The keyboard is nice except it would be better with a lighted keyboard. I had no option to opt-out of it. Logitech has a similar keyboard that had lighted keys and a similar tactical response. What I hate about both keyboards is the lack of spacing around the keys which induces typo errors. And the Logitech is wireless. The mouse is nice except I prefer the roller-ball type. Again i had no choice in that kind of mouse i could get. Logitech again has a really nice pointer interface called the Trackball MX Ergo which is also wireless. The Pavilion is less responsive than the Z1-G3 although both have the SSD storage memory. I don’t know if some App like the Macafee antivirus may be causing that. I was using Kaspersky Internet Security on the Z1. So I’m not very impressed with the Pavilion but I could not find a better system for my needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LakeGator from Great system with a few minor complaints starting with unboxing and finishing with the tiny keyboard HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-ca1065m Being an HP retiree and stockholder, I would love to give this very nice system a 5 but cannot do so due to issues not directly related to the system. I think everyone should buy HP products at every opportunity to help my kids get value from my stock. I have had the system only a few days and so this review is mostly a first impression and related to getting started. Below are the bullet points of the good and less points. Details are in narrative after the bullets. It would be great if some helpful HP creature could take action in regard to making the unboxing instructions clearer. Good points: Great screen size and clarity. Very responsive – I purchased the .5 Gb SSD Less than good points: Getting out of the box Bloatware, especially the already installed VPN Cute compact but annoying keyboard Use of the OSD button Fan sounds The first good point, not listed above, was that HP shipped the system a day early and FED-EX delivered it a day earlier than their tracking plan had indicated so I received the system a few days before the earliest date from the plan. I was most excited to have the nice large box arrive and, of course, was most excited to get to the nice new system. HP provides some nice ikea-like instructions on the end of the box – see photos for a great photo. Step 1 was to remove plastic inserts on the bottom of the box. How hard could that be? Well, for me, it was VERY painful. I was not able to see how to manipulate these things to remove them. I could see that there were some sort of levers that could be squeezed together with some effort. The problem was that I was pushing in the center of the levers so they would not comes far enough to disengage. The trick is to squeeze at the end of the levers where they can become disengaged. Even after searching the interweb, especially the you tube – where EVERYTHING is explained – was fruitless. I started a chat with a salesperson on the HP web site and she was not able to help but tried hard. While waiting for the nice lady, I did accidently squeeze at the end of one of the inserts and discovered this mystery. Adding more dun was that they were no inserted in the same orientation, so I had to try both ends on each. Setup was very easy connecting the wired mouse and tiny keyboard. Like 98.87% of people, I looked at the instructions for at least 2 tenths of a second. This meant that I had missed the rather important detail about exactly where the power button is. I kept pressing the big button on the right back based on the picture. This turned out to the OSD button which will be discussed below. It doesn’t make the electrons run through the system and I finally found the small power button and the race was on. The setup was fast and easy. Being an HP stockholder, I wanted to be sure that my new computer would start consuming ink from my HP printer so started adding the printer as one of my first steps. The current install process is very easy as the software searches for the printer. After waiting more minutes than I thought was reasonable, it reported that it could not find any devices to install. It didn’t help that told the system, almost politely, to look to its left, and it would see the printer 2 feet away. I found the IP address of the printer and inserted that into the search screen. It then told me there nothing at that address. I was then starting to think I should become even less polite. I then opened a command window and found the computer IP address which was on a totally different subnet. This is when I discovered that HP had thoughtfully included a free trial of some VPN software which was ‘protecting’ me. After terminated and uninstalled this bloatware I was able to quickly and easily install the ink consuming profit maker. Did I mention that am a stockholder and appreciate HP generating profit? I did find and destroy a number of other pieces of bloatware like McAffee. It would be nice if a list of these could be listed to hapless buyers. The system came with white corded keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is a super compact design, so the keys are closer together. It seems quite solid with a good key press feel. My big complaint and the reason the keyboard is now in my closet is that the function keys on the top are small, with no separation and, MOST ANNOYING, have dual uses. This means that if you wish to invoke the function you must press the Fn key at the same time. This is a royal pain if you use applications, like Visual Studio, that utilize these keys. Apparently, this behavior can be changed through the BiOS but I found a better way and that is to use my $11 spare keyboard. I don’t know how many take advantage of the various cute ‘macro’ keys that are the defaults of the ‘function’ keys. I assume the OSD TLA (3 letter acronym) is On Screen Display. As I mentioned, being a dinosaur, I was trying to use it to apply power. It seems of little use. I suppose it may be of use for those who are very choosy about the colors on the display. No clues are provided to its use. My final – I am sure no one has read this far into this review – minor nit is that the fan sound is MILDLY annoying. The only times I notice it is when it shifts to a high speed under heavy system load I certainly want the system to remain working for years and appreciate the fan helping that come to pass. I am sure the nice engineers did their best to balance effective colling against the sound. The sound is better than having a dead computer. In spite of the negatives I have listed, I am very pleased with this system and certainly recommend it.

The crazy thing is that this computer is actually slower to download, open programs, etc. than our old one. Very disappointed. It took 35 seconds to open this page from the email.

Rated 5 out of 5 by M. W. Ryan from A smooth journey from the shipping container to my desktop My HP Pavilion All-in-One arrived via FedEx on time and in good condition, and the setup process was as simple as it could be. The startup was also simple and without any issues. I was a little concerned about whether 8GB of RAM would be sufficient, but I quickly found that, coupled with a solid state drive, it's definitely enough. I set up the facial recognition security so I don't have to enter a PIN every time I return to the computer, and it works flawlessly. In addition, I had a few special programs I wanted to carry over from my old computer, and I was pleased to find that all but one installed without issue. Color me a happy HP user!

I am looking for an all in one that will support Photoshop. My current PC does not support the current version. Is there a graphics card in this model capable of handling adobe Photoshop?

Asked by: Dansoule11
Thank you for your question! As system requirements for software constantly change, we are unable to answer questions about software compatibility or performance. What is compatible today may not be in a few months. Please check the software manufacturer's website for the most current system recommendations! Typically Adobe Photoshop requires a dedicated or discrete graphics card, this HP All-in-One PC does not have that.
