I did not see on the website that it came with a keyboard and mouse, but the box included both. I like both of them. I don't like having the ON button on the back. The computer/screen arrived quickly and securely. It was very easy to set up.

However, the year long warranty is showing starting from date of manufacture rather than date of purchase. I am sure this is easily corrected, but it is nonetheless disconcerting to see that pop up when registering the computer on the web site. Web site login needs to be fixed, was difficult to get logged in - kept kicking me out after logging in when trying to purchase the computer.

Contacted HP Support and they are express shipping me a new mouse/keyboard/dongle replacement at no charge. Only other drawback is that there is a whole lot of apps & marketing junk on the system which takes too much time to get rid of. I've had the system for 3 weeks and it is speedy and meeting my needs. The mouse does not fit my hand like an older Microsoft mouse I still love and use. This all-in-one is very light compared to an older HP all-in-one I have been using for the past 5-6 years. I have both all-in-ones on my desk and can compare the screens and operation. The new one has 16GB memory and 512GB SSD which makes it very speedy. The new unit has a clearer screen. I am retired and spend a lot of time browsing, reading the news, downloading and watching movies. I don't see much operational difference with Windows 11 - but no TMP on older unit. In my opinion you can't be safe without TMP. If not for the missing dongle & junk marketing crap, I would give the HP 24-ca0245Z AIO a solid 5 stars and recommend it.

Windows, but it lets me use my four-digit pass code to open up. The video camera is great on this camera. The sound seems good for my zooms too.

It is all of a sudden unable to connect to the internet through the cable. HP support was unable to fix the problem after two hours on the phone. But they were able to sell me a new support package -- $35 down, $14.99/month.

I struggled to connect them numerous times in the past two weeks but when I reboot the following day my envy will not print and will not scan. Sometimes it won't scan from the Envy 5070 buttons but will from the computer...until the following day. Then it can be made to print for awhile but then won't Both products made by HP, it should've been easy. No more HP products for me. I'm back to using my old reliable imac, thank you.

What is compatible today may not be in a few months. Please check the software manufacturer's website for the most current system recommendations! This PC should be compatible with current versions of Quickbooks Pro and Windows Office, but it is best to verify with the software manufacturers to make sure this PC meets their requirements.

Aio is all in one correct? Anything for a trade in of my HP computer ? Also would tech support do a data transfer of files and pictures from my HP pavillion to a new one ?

Hello Loren and thank you for your question! AIO can be an All-in-One PC or an All-in-One printer, it can get confusing. But in this case yes it will stand for All-in-One PC. HP does not offer data transfer services or trade-ins at this time. However, many of our retail partners do offer data transfer services, some even do it on-site at your door. It would be a good idea to contact Geek Squad, Staples Tech Services, Office Depot, etc. They may be able to help you with a data transfer. Thank you for being an HP customer!

The HP 24-ca1045z features a 23.8" diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), touch, IPS, three-sided micro-edge, anti-glare, 250 nits, and 72% NTSC display. This is not a touchscreen. An SD card reader is not mentioned in the ports. That PC has the following ports: 1 USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 USB 2.0 Type-A; 1 RJ-45 1 USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate (Battery Charging 1.2); 1 headphone/microphone combo.
