Long live HP products!
Always a great experience with HP! The new desktop arrived earlier than the expected timeframe and the set up was very easy. We got a good price and the ordering was easy too. Our family has been ordering HP products for years: PCs, Laptops, Printer/Scanners, etc. The products have not let us down and we typically only order something new when the technology of something we have becomes so outdated that it needs to be replaced. We just replaced a 12+ year old desktop with a new one. The old one was (is) still functioning but the OS upgrades are requiring more newer hardware, otherwise we would keep using the original desktop. My kids are still using their 9 year-old laptops with no problems. My only complaint (and this is not just with HP) is the cost of the ink for the printers.

Microsoft one drive steals files/photos from custo
Before putting personal and confidential files on a widows 11 machine, be aware it is for data gathering and your files will not be stored on your computer (even if they think it is theirs, you are renting). Best to disable that profit data stealing enabled disrespect to customers. One drive w a.I.will make them rich and your sap.

Wish it had more ports
New to ordering my first desktop computer I quickly realized that the ports and capabilities that I needed were not available after ordering. You will need more adaptors when hooking up multiple monitors. This should have been discovered during the chat and ordering process.

Where are the programs

Dead Mouse!
A lot of things need to work to get the computer to show a spark of life. Why won't the mouse work? No binding instructions. Using my wired mouse and keyboard, discovered that there is a special comms device hidden conveniently inside the mouse. Well hidden. Plug the comms device into the USB port on the computer and there is life. All good but frustrating for ... too long. Otherwise very nice. It would be very helpful to describe how one could add additional SSD memory to use as a backup. The SSD data port is on the motherboard but no guidance for obtaining power,. People want to do this.

Fast Even with Windows 11 but Videos Freeze System
Setup and installation of software has gone smoothly. The machine is fast, even with Windows 11. Boot speed is incredibly fast. The main problem is that videos, e.g. from YouTube or other embedded links, randomly freeze the system such that a reboot is required.

Good Desktop [OmniDesk Desktop AI M03-0000t]
Purchased this OmniDesk to replace a 10+ year old HP Envy which did not meet requirements for updating to Windows 11. I chose this version because it allowed me to figure it for more RAM, more SSD and an upgraded processor. I wanted a desktop with sufficient capability to handle current and future applications and updates/upgrades. To date, I had no issues with setup or loading in applications. Have to admit I am not a fan of Office 365 being a web based subscription service (versus prior versions of Office which resided locally) or McAfee (as an organization, after having "issues" with their automatic renewal process). I will be evaluating alternative office suite software and I am still deciding about McAfee.

Our HP OmniDesk Desktop AI M03‑0000t is now fully configured for everything our family does—from everyday tasks to my programming projects—and it performs beautifully. The system is fast, quiet, and has plenty of headroom for upgrades. I’m exploring the idea of setting it up as a Windows/Ubuntu dual‑boot system and adding a second 1TB PCIe SSD to expand its capabilities even further. HP has been our go‑to brand—our past machines were HP, this one is HP, and so is our laptop.

Not enough leave way or response time to cancel an order. Cancellation process is not very good.
Returned this product. However, it was very difficult to cancel this order prior to it being built and shipped, even after making several advanced calls to HP. Which was extremely stressful, I had to take shipment of it, received it, then shipped it back before the item was credited to my account.

Performance was excellent.
The pc worked great out of the box. The SSD drive was fast and performed well. But after I installed security software, photo software, and an email client, it started to occasionally hesitate for several seconds, then long enough to exit the application and start over.
Most of the issues were hidden settings in the new operating system.
The included keyboard was 1/2 inch narrower than standard keyboards and I as an experienced user, had difficulty avoiding two keys in one stroke
Finally one day I turned it on and got the blue screen of death. I returned it for another, which I'm still waiting for.

Windows 11 on new PCs is terrible!
HP small tower is quite good. Very quiet PC. Not sure if I would purchase a PC with an AI processor again. Way too intrusive. Although my replacement machines were running Windows 11, Microsoft Windows 11 on my new tower and laptop has scrambled up my existing systems in a way I thought was not possible. Very upset! With four PCs now untrustworthy I am finally planning to switch to Linux. HP should abandon Windows 11 and offer Linux OS PCs.

Limited to supporting only two (2) monitor displays. Needs to be more than 280 Watts. These are drawbacks for me, however it is otherwise a very nice PC. Setup - five (5) minutes. It is extremely quiet, it has a very good Intel processor and 2TB SSD storage. It came with 16 GB RAM, so you may want to add additional RAM.

Unsatisfactory Customer support
Delivery of product was excellent, very timely and prompt. Customer service has been inadequate in assisting with setup with HP Printer/Scanner. After 3 days and approximately 6 hours on the phone HP's customer service representatives in India and Central Amarica have been unsuccessful in correcting the issue. A second issue of being able to connect to another Win. 11 machine via the enet network has not even been addressed yet.
