Rated 1 out of 5 by LASymona from Not recommended Very Poor Machine! Bought this machine in March of 2021 would only priint like 6 pages per minute if I was lucky. I called tech support and was told it would need new rollers it make a terrible noice when it 1st would start printing. I spent 4 hours on tech support and was during my busies time I am a tax account and couldn't afford to call was told to call back when I wasn't so busy when I did call back after the 15th of April I was told it was out of warrenty. I have ALWAYS used hp products and never had had a problem like this. I had a ticket for this problem started before warranty went our. Now I am told it will be $950. to repair. So do I take a chance and purchase another hp product or fix this one? VERY DISPOINTED

I may have done something wrong in the setup, I don't know. The computer I'm using is only 5 months old with a new version of MS Office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob27Again from HP is Clear on What Toner Cartridge Fits I saw a review that complained that they could not use the higher yield version of the toner cartridges. The website and documentation is clear that the larger cartridges don't fit the M610dn. So it's amazing that they found someone willing to probably void the warranty by modifying the innards so that the higher-yield cartridge would work. At least that was a possibility, even though it's not documented.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JP20212 from HP printer is mediocre This printer does not come ready to print legal size. Another drawer must be purchased and added on. Additionally, our printer continuously jams in the drawer and fuser. To clear the fuser has to be removed. Given the importance on the fuser this seems like a really bad solution. We had HP 4014 and 600 printers for years and never had as many issues as we have had with the 610 in the few months we have had it.

We were told we would have the paper trays we required (and were shown in the on-line picture). When we got the machine....we didn't have the paper tray we needed. Cost us another $300! Staff should be trained better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by CDDDVM from No compatible toner! We ran out of our includes 147A toner and ordered a new 147X one and it does NOT fit without dismantling the feeder tray and removing a piece. Then once installed the software in the printer does not recognize the new toner. Had technician out and he spent 2 hours trouble shooting and end result is they are having to send out another 147A. HP website clearly lists 147A, X and Y versions and no instructions included with new cartridges to dismantle the feeder tray. Poorly thought out release of a new product.
