Rated 3 out of 5 by Harold K from Beware the camera The camera does not support Windows Hello. The laptop was purchased primarily for someone who needed easy accessibility, of which the Windows Hello was important. I did not bother getting past this setup issue, so I cannot give an appropriate review. Please be aware the HP specs do not specifically address that Windows Hello is not supported.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Midg from Beloved HP Computers I am an HP only buyer…my purchase of the 17” has a few problems. It is pretty slow to react, the task manager pops up when shutting down preventing me from shutting down. Probably my fault, but this is not a touchscreen. I’ve never had any type of problems with HP products but this one is a bit grumpy. I still remain a loyal HP fan, no matter!

Rated 1 out of 5 by aMERIA ONLY KNOWN from WHAT HAPPENED??? holyu crap is there a LOT of bloatware on your systems an the preinstalled antivirus is a virus itself that is difficult to remove. WHY DO THAT??? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST personal laptop system i've ever bought, which is really sad because I've had so much faith in HP IN YEARS PAST! So I'm wondering Why did this happen? I've known HP to be a marquee name brand that businesses and people talk about as easily the best, but I'm disapointed and i probably won't buy your brand again. I would suggest leaving out all the sales crap off your systems. I wasted an hour getting rid of it all. I was so frustrated that I seriously considered a complete erase ands format and make clean install. I haven't done so yet, but I still might.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mandrena from Cons about HP Laptop 17 I purchased this laptop because it was pretty much the same as the previous one that I purchased some time ago. However, I do not like the side where the power cord is on which is on the right side and I do not like where the power on and off button is which is located in the middle of the upper keyboard. I much rather have a free sitting button where I can find it without having to look for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sensible from A Couple of Improvements Overall a nice laptop, but it would be nice if there was a slight indentation along the front edge to make it easier to open it. Also, the pad is too sensitive and difficult to maneuver the curser. I purchased a mouse, which is a lot easier and time-saving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Large screen I like this laptop because it has a large screen, and it was easy to move my data from a previous laptop on to this one. Also, I prefer it to the other laptops available because it has the numeric keys in the usual format - off to the right-hand side as well as to the to the top of the keyboard. Some other brands are now putting the numeric keys right below the cursor.
