Rated 1 out of 5 by Martin1988 from AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-ee0xxx AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics Horrible, flimsy, unreliable and poorly designed underpowered craptop with low resolution display, horrible 0.001 megapixel webcam from 2000 and sound system from child toy, really this laptop has worst sound I or any of my co-workers have ever heard. AVOID. I'm 5 months after second warranty repair for battery replacement, faulty speakers and hinges falling apart and after 4 months almost all issues are back for the third time !!! battery holds 1.5h MAX on battery saver not running any heavy load. If fusion360 is used max batter time drops to 30min. Left audio channel only works from time to time, over heating 10min after power up and crushing several times a day is an norm. I cant believe that i have spent almost (price censored by HP) euro on that pile of garbage. Neither me or any of my employees and customers will ever buy anything from HP as im not shy to show off my shiny horrible toy to anyone who might be intrusted and response is universal "gee this thing is bad"

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good laptop. Wrong charger. I got this laptop last month. Very clean, smooth, and a pleasant experience to use. However, don't expect it to come with the stated 90W charger. They've been out of stock and sent me the 65W instead. After calling multiple times in the last month with no solution, I got tired of waiting for weeks and opted for the credit they offered (which doesn't even 100% cover the cost of the charger from their authorized parts resellers. Other than that headache, the laptop itself is a great experience. Just wish they actually solved the problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Zity from Terrible product/warranty I bought this laptop less than a year ago. The screen is popping out and laptop can not close. Trying to get HP to repair under warranty. Warranty department knows laptop can not close BUT insist laptop be closed to ship to them. Warranty is useless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from HP ENVY x360 LT 15t-ew000 I have only had this computer for a few weeks, but so far it is everything that it was advertised to be. It did not arrive with a lot of throw away software which was a big plus. The keyboard is standard size and very responsive, lights on the keys can be turned off and on which is a great feature. The layout of the keyboard is pretty standard and did not require a steep learning curve. I really like the ability to turn off the camera and the microphone. It appears to run all of the software that I use with speed and efficiency. It has a touch screen that is adequately responsive and the screen folds 360 degrees which is useful reading documents and I hope for reading books. The hinges for the screen are substantial, well designed and well made. I am happy with the computer, this is the first HP computer that I have had in over a decade and, given the choice, I would buy it again. It was custom made, according to my specifications and my only knock on it is that it took a month for me to get it delivered. That problem is really small cheese considering the complexity of the product. It is well made, appears to be sturdy and durable. I am glad to have it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by gogus709 from Gets the job done Pretty nice design, lots of metal (although still a little flexy). Nice small bezels on screen - although the default screen doesn't get very bright so definitely upgrade if that bothers you. My biggest complaint is not even HP's fault - I just regret going with the Intel version. Highly recommend the AMD version, as the Intel i5 runs extremely hot and I've heard that the AMD versions don't. Other complaints: mediocre plastic touchpad (not bad I just wish it were glass), pretty bad speakers (not that important to me anyways). Nice keyboard. Overall, a mixed bag, but pretty good for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by D. Loggins from Horrible Experience For starters, all of the equipment wasn't included when the laptop shipped. I do not believe that this is the laptop that I customized & ordered. The laptop is even registered as a "base" model. The battery life on this laptop is horrible. After a 1 hour zoom meeting, with no other programs running, a fully charged computer should not need to be placed on a charger. However, this computer does, even with the battery saver option being selected. The sound quality of the speakers is poor. I haven't had this laptop for 30 days, nor have I installed programs that I need, and the computer is already freezing/locking up. This isn't the quality that I'm accustomed to receiving from HP. I've purchase 2 Pavilions, and just last January, I purchased the HP Spectre through the HP website. This is a first. I'm interested in returning this product and getting my money back before I'm stuck with faulty equipment. This laptop is not worth the amount that was paid for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GabbyG from Excellent Laptop✨ Very good quality overall; visually & audibly pleasing and very fast as well. My only complaint right now is that the screen blacks out for a few seconds every once in a while for some reason. It is not really anything of consequence at the moment however.

Rated 4 out of 5 by S.W. from HP ENVY 2-in-1 TOUCHSCREEN The HP ENVY is fast and built to my specification. It took a long time, longer than initially quoted. I didnt realize it was built in another country. Besides that, the only other complaint i have is the DVD player is built into laptop. It came separate external player. The last HP ENVY i had built had the DVD player built onto computer. The ENVY is much lighter than the last one. Im still very happy with laptop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BDRacer from A well-balanced laptop for a non-power user Well-balanced features for a non-power user. The optional OLED screen is definitely worth the extra money! The back-lighted keyboard has one of the best touches of any laptop I've worked with. The only con so far is limited battery life, presumably caused by the OLED screen power requirements. Camera and Bang & Olufsen sound are quite good. A smooth running unit that meets expectations.

Rated 1 out of 5 by clshelto11 from Complete Disaster Of A Laptop Battery Life Is Garbage. No more than 1.5 hours just watching YouTube. Also, the laptop is completely inadequate for anything other than surfing the web. Videos were choppy at anything above 1080. I had the high end screen which was worthless bc it couldn't play those videos appropriately. I bought with a rtx 2050 which is supposed to be superior to onboard graphics. For video streaming it surely wasn't. For gaming, it intermittently did ok. But out of nowhere it would drop from 200 fps to 20. Also, the battery was so bad, it would drain faster than it would charge. During gaming, I'd get about 2 hours before it would die while plugged in. While on the phone with customer service, we tested out a YouTube video. I lost 10% of the battery in about 7 minutes. This has been RMA'd. Personally, I'd recommend purchasing something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Diane D. from Well built and great display Laptop is well built. It feels solid and runs quiet and cool. The OLED 400nit display is fantastic well worth the upgrade. Keyboard feel and spacing is great. The backlight works great at night but washes out the keys during the day however turning off the backlight during the day works fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from smooth and stylish the laptop is fast, smooth, and stylish. I got the the i5 1235u with 16gb ram, 500gb ssd, and 400 nit screen. I got the laptop for music production in FL Studio and studio one. I put it in performance mode and everything is fluid for what I use it for. I also love a program called ClipChamp that's included. It's great for videos on my youtube channel. I had a little issue with my speakers popping at first, just make sure you do all the updates and completely power your laptop off and back on when they're all complete. The laptop so far is great. The only downside was the stressful shipping from the factory overseas..

Rated 4 out of 5 by Leosaeta from pen software lacking but ok for drawing The software for the pen could use a pressure curve option or the option to assign the buttons on the stylus to different hotkeys on your keyboard instead of functions, that would make this infinitely more useful for artists. The drawing experience itself feels fine I just wish more products like this were made for artists instead of just being targeted at them

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ecturtle from No numeric keyboard on a full size keyboard? I guess I was supposed to study the pictures. My new Envy 360 has no numeric keyboard. Just a qwerty with some function keys. Yes the usual numbers across the top, but I find it awkward and tiring to reach up there all the time. Dissapointed right out of the box.

Rated 1 out of 5 by HankAnzis from OK computer but poor poor customer service The computer is OK but I had terrible problems ordering. I could not log into the HP store website using my login (support worked OK). I ordered the computer without logging in to the HP store. The website would not take my 10HPDAYS coupon. I ordered the computer thinking customer service would be able to get it applied to my login and apply the coupon after the fact. I notified customer service three hours after my purchase as soon as the chat window was available. The representative notified me that the coupon could not be applied after the fact but they would make a notification request saying (from the chat log) "All done! You will be contacted by our resolution team via email within 24-48 hours regarding the cancellation request.". I never heard from the resolution team but I received an email 9 days later saying my order had been shipped. HP could not resolve my coupon issue and when I tried to call support to be able to log in to the store the support tech told me I would have to pay for the support. Like I said the computer is OK but not nearly worth the money and certainly not worth the aggravation.

Going back to use my other brand, so bad HP didn't get it right my first time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DoubleBB from Great laptop, works well, love the touch screen I have the graphite color version of this which make the keyboard lighting way better then my other one that is silver. The computer works well, but I wish there was a way to downgrade to Win 10 as Win 11 just feels slower. Touch screen works well. I like the security features that come with these laptops as they not only allow you to encrypt the hard drive it also allows you to add Absolute software that allows you to recover the laptop, delete the data on the laptop, and many other features that give you reportability on what happen to it if it is stolen. Absolute software is not able to be removed even if the hard drive is replaced.

Rated 4 out of 5 by angelicy from Pretty good! It’s a little more heavy than I thought it would be, but still very light compared to a lot of others. The only things that bother me the most is the way the pen feels against the screen (I feel like it’s scratching the screen, even though I know it’s not) and how easily the laptop can get scratched. I’ve had mine for probably about 3 weeks now and there is already a tiny, almost unnoticeable scratch (even though it drives me insane) right below the hp logo on the lid, and I never keep it in an unsecured place, so that how fragile it is in some ways. But overall, it’s been a good laptop so far:)
