Great laptop until.....
The computer itself has served me well over the last two years. However, the hinges have completely broken, making it nearly impossible to close. I chose this laptop for the convertible screen for drawing, and when I was flipping the screen back into place, the plastic in the hinges cracked crumbled out onto the table. I have been very careful with this laptop since I have had it, as it was an investment for me, and I have typically been able to keep laptops going years beyond their life expectancy. But now I am afraid I will have to replace it due to this issue, just from doing something with the screen that it was designed to do. I now see online how common this problem was, but I don't know what my options are after this amount of time.

I bought this laptop 6 months ago and I have had to call tech support 4 times for the same wireless adapter issue. I would give this product a 0 star rating if I could. It is unreliable and has been a terrible purchase- I have spent hours on with tech support and I’ve lost hours of work time waiting to call tech support each time this same issue reoccurs.

Good laptop
Really nice laptop. Sleek professional design, smooth material, keyboard feels nice, fingerprint works super quick, and it turns on and off very quickly.
Some cons though.
The laptop was slow the first few days I got it.
When using excel next to another program in a group, cell selections are often off of the mouse buy an inch or two.
Internet connection randomly disconnects and a troubleshoot is required.
Connecting my AirPods is like a game of Russian roulette. It’s a hassle and only works 5% of the time (maybe that’s an exaggeration).
Unable to connect the laptop to my smart TV.
Crashed when I tried to reconnect the internet after it randomly cut off.
For its price, I’m willing to put up with these problems.

Overall, Pretty Good
The color and feel of this laptop are amazing. The size is convenient and fits into any bag/backpack. It does include a backlit keyboard and pen (which I love). The speakers & screen are good quality.
I don't like that the 'on' button is on the keyboard (I would've preferred on the side), next to the 'delete' key. My previous HP laptop had a print screen button already installed & I need to perform the shortcut on this one, which I haven't mastered yet.
It seems that it lags sometimes, I'm not sure if it's the computer or my WiFi (however, my previous laptop had no issues & loaded pages instantly). The bottom part of the laptop (near the top edge) seems to click if there's any added pressure, like it's not well connected with something else.

Great product, bad shipping
This is a great laptop, very portable and fast! But the shipping was delayed significantly, and the stylus should really come with a carrying case. I also noticed the back of the laptop has a clicking sound due to a structural issue with the "case" of the laptop.

Sturdy laptop. I love the keyboard and trackpad, as well as other luxuries like the audio setup, touch/pen support, and the ability to customize it before purchase. I got a Ryzen 5 with 16GB of RAM and the upgraded brighter screen which have added greatly to my experience from my previous LG Gram which had decent specs but felt too fragile and not fast enough.

Quality Laptop at Affordable Price
I purchased a HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15z-eu000 touch computer with the new Windows 11. Technically, this is the most advanced laptop I have ever own. The computer's metal housing is strong and solid that offers protection for the superb 15.6" diagonal FHD display and internal electronics. Because the laptop is black, a back lit keyboard is an absolute must. The AMD Ryzen 5 is more than sufficient to handle complex and sizeable Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. I never owned a convertible laptop before. I really like the tablet configuration and the MPP2.0 Tilt pen that came with device. Wish there was one more SS USB Type A input.

Love it, it's super quick. However, when I received it, I had to uninstall several pre-installed apps to figure out which one was causing an error message (it was Microsoft Teams).. It doesn't always pick up my wifi signal, so I have to restart it. But I love everything else.

Great on paper. Terrible trackpad
There is a lot to love about this computer but the quality control is lacking. My trackpad is really loose and it rattles. As my daily driver, this really gets annoying. It also stops working all of a sudden and I have to restart the device. I sent it in once for a repair but it does not seem to have ehlped the problem. Too bad. I hope that I can find some way to resolve it or get a replacement computer since it doesn't seem the product can be fixed by replacing the trackpad. The screen also seems flimsy. If you press just slightly on it when it is closed, there is a lot of give which is worrisome for longterm use. Overall I am not satisfied with a laptop that is upward of $800. Would not recommend to anyone.

2hr battery life
This laptop has 2-2.5hr battery life for emailing, internet browsing and spreadsheets. No gaming, no videos, just normal work use and the battery dies in under 2.5hrs. Sent it in for service twice, and HP service center said 2-2.5hrs is normal for this unit and there's nothing wrong with it. 2hrs battery life is basically a desktop. They should correct the title of this product. It's not a laptop, you must be near an outlet at all times.

Poor customer service, battery and screen issues.
Received this laptop on 12/16/2021 and so far I've had issues with it. The battery does NOT last, it barely lasts 5 hours when I was told it should last at least 11 hours unplugged. Tried talking to customer service about it, the however issue has not been resolved. I've also had the screen blacking out, and screen lag on multiple occasions. I tried returning this laptop after 3 weeks of receiving it, but my request was denied.

2.5hr battery life with browsing and emails
This is basically a desktop, I can only work on it plugged in. Battery is dead after 2.5hrs of browsing, emails, and remote desktop connection to my office PC. Did battery recalibration, OS wipeout and reinstall. no removable battery, no option for larger battery (though what would that get me? 4hrs), proprietary power port, not USB-C. i'm an idiot for missing the 30-day return window

No buttons on mouse pad
The only thing I don't like about my new computer is when you have your finger on one of the buttons on the mouse pad and you take your finger off the cursor moves all over the place so when you put your finger back on The mouse pad you are actually clicking where the cursor is and it's not where you wanted it to be so every time you put your finger on the button on the mouse pad it is just like clicking the most pad with your finger. I really really don't like that. I'm thinking about turning the mouse pad off completely. Is there a way I can deactivate the buttons on the mouse pad or stop them being sensitive to my finger.

Multiple Issues with Custom Laptop
I bought this laptop last November, it was delivered 12/20/21 and I instantly had problems. My computer screens blacks out every now and again and my wifi disconnects from all possible networks. Living day to day through my laptop and having these issues occur is not very 21st century.I have been directed to tech support and they were unable to fix it remotely. My return is stuck on "issuing" and they won't simply let me return this defective item without a proof (which has been provided through email). Unhappy with the service.

Happy with Envy
This laptop replaces an eleven-year-old Envy dv6 that finally died. Appears to be well made. Battery life for routine tasks such as spreadsheet or document work lasts about seven hours. Very nice display. Only negative for me..why is the power key next to the delete key??? Hasn't been a problem...yet...

Nice interface, terrible audio
Bang and Olufsen speakers do not work well with the audio driver available, causing a low grinding noise anytime audio is played. Seems to be a recurring issue with HP computers that have B&O speakers.

Good hardware.
I like the notebook, but the touchpad is frustrating. It hangs when I move the curser and I have to wait for it to catch up. I'm not a big fan win 11, I find it hard to use and difficult to find things. moving back to win 10 is out of the question. I also dislike the way Microsoft deals with the browser. I HATE EDGE, it's a pig.

Good looking but bad screen and battery life
Very nice looking computer, very thin. But the battery life is awful. and you can't carry a charger because the charging port is not a USB-C port. The screen is SO shiny, when there's any kind of light in the room all you see on the screen are reflections.

Beautiful laptop, fast but DREADFUL battery
its a really nice laptop, very thin, not heavy. but its useless for me for travelling because the battery lasts 4hrs with regular (email, web browsing) usage. And the power port is not USB-C so i can't even bring a power bank to charge it.

Bad Wifi, Overheating, and Laptop arrived tampered
I had bought the laptop a few weeks ago and I got it yesterday. I had first noticed that the laptop had been TAMPERED with as the plastic sheet cover was open. There were some parts of the laptop that looks like it's been opened and the rubber feet are loose. Then I was like whatever and opened up the computer to some error that got to work after a bios change. Then going into downloading windows, the PC refused to connect to the wifi, so unable to download, I had to get my own wifi card to get it working. It slowly downloaded all the drivers and everything so then I did my first benchmark on the laptop with 3DMark CPU test and the temps were horrible and reaching 95*C, and note this is 3DMark not even Cinebench where its more intensive, so the temps can be even worse, it was super hot to the touch everywhere and there is no way I am living with that through college. I had brought it to school and noticed everything downloading way slower than what I had used before which was a Chromebook. After the first day and I went home I noticed the signal of the wifi was horrible and got to 2 arks out of 4 just a room away from the router where my regular computer gets full bars. I will be contacting support soon about returns and I do have evidence to show.

The Good and Bad
The features that I love about this laptop is the lighted keyboard, clarity of screen, and flexible uses. I do not like that there is no mouse buttons or way to "right click". I have to use keyboard shortcuts to cut, copy, paste, etc. and I am not familiar with them.

Great Laptop
So far so good! It's been around a month and it works swiftly. Only complaint is that there are small glitches from time to time that would be strange to experience in a brand new laptop. But overall nothing too major and unfixable. Still a wonderful laptop that I use everyday as a a graphic design major
