Rated 4 out of 5 by G-man 2 from Good Laptop Shipping was fairly quick. Registration was a little buggy for the laptop. Otherwise, so was fairly painless. The screen is very nice. Keyboard feels good...could use to be backlit though. Touch screen and stylus is good. Battery is ok. Overall, it's a good laptop. The extended warranty registration was not good. It was supposed to be automated, but never got the email confirmation. After 20 minutes in a chat, I was told to call a number. It was quick on the phone, but again, still waiting on the confirmation email.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed User :( from Boot Problems Computer had boot problems within a week of using. I would be working on something then it would show the blue screen. Upon restarting, the laptop would say it could not find a hard drive. No diagnosing steps would work. If it wasn’t that error, I got the CMOS checksum is invalid. The fix was to disconnect and reconnect the SSD. I haven’t had any issues yet since then.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bofus_ from Plenty of Storage and RAM Windows 11 uses more memory than Win 10. 32 GB RAM gives plenty of room for apps after OS loads. Pen works well with apps and is smooth. Display (400 nits) looks very good. Battery life much better than my previous ENVY laptop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Amy 74 from Very disappointed with the service to get a replacement I ordered this Envy the middle of December. It was defective when it came, would not start and when it did start, it would freeze up right away. I went through all of the proper steps to get it replaced and I still do not have a computer and it’s the middle of January. Very disappointed! It is very hard to actually talk to a “person” with cuz service, but when I do, they are very friendly. No one has been able to speed up the process to get my replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Not Happy from Laptop does not connect to monitor This new HP Envy laptop cannot connect to a monitor via a USB-C to USB-C cable. Even my 5 year old laptop (also a HP Envy laptop) can connect to the same monitor. When calling HP Support, they would not help at all, only saying that I have to buy another product, the docking station, for my new HP Envy laptop to connect to this monitor. Keep in mind that my old HP Envy laptop, and I tried my sister's newer HP laptop, were both able to connect with this monitor without having to purchase a docking station. I had HP Support Case Number 5136699844. The technician on the line did not help at all and ended up hanging up on me. He closed my Case even though he told me that he would email me notes as a reference for future calls with HP.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Laptop issue in just one day of out of warranty I bought an HP ENVY 360 2-in-1, and it took automatically updates and shuts down during Windows updates, then not restarted back. Just one day after the warranty expired, HP support isn't helping me. They're asking for a service fee and claiming it's a hardware issue. This is a pricey laptop, and it's frustrating that it stopped working right after the warranty ended. Its very bad for HP customer. even i am very loyal customer of HP

Rated 4 out of 5 by Imezb from 6 months No Refund for The One I Returned / No Complaints From One Manager I bought 2 of these laptops back in July for a couple of managers I work with, and I haven't heard anything good or bad from the manager who decided to keep this laptop. No News Is Good News. One of my managers thought it was a little heavier than he wanted and the screen didn't swivel all the way around like most 2 in 1 laptops, so he decided to have me return it and I bought him a different model. I bought it through the Lenovo site but it was fulfilled through Best Buy. I liked that I could pick it up on the way to work, and I was able to return one by dropping it off on the way home. Everything seemed normal, when I returned it and got a receipt and a confirmation email that it was successfully return. A couple of months go by and my finance department reached out saying they never got the money refunded. I reached out to Lenovo support and got bounced around but no resolution. They told me to reach out to Best Buy, the Best Buy said, No you have to get the refund through Lenovo. I finally got someone from Lenovo to get a ticket put in but then I got an email a few weeks later saying there was a problem and they couldn't refund me the normal way, and sent me an Excel spreadsheet for a Wire Transfer. It looked scary so I reached out to my Financial Department and they gave me the information to fill out the form. I reached out to the support person 3 weeks later because we still hadn't gotten the refund. I had to spend more time getting it escalated to someone who sounded like they knew what that were doing and pushed it through. It's been a couple weeks since that guy helped me and still no refund 6 months later. I've never had a bigger hassle trying to get a refund from a company!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kat L. from Great for college students I was looking for a laptop over the summer for back to college and I thought this one was really nice. The screen size, 16 inch, and the 2-in-1 feature really caught my eye and I’m happy with my choice. I decided to customize mine so that it could fit my needs as an Information system’s major. Mine runs with a 32 gb ram so it’s pretty fast for all my excel, word, and other Microsoft needs. I’d recommend to upgrade the nits from the 300 nits. I regret not doing it so much, but I’m okay with it after purchasing an anti glare screen protector. My order came with the MPP 2.0 natural silver pen and as you can see in the photos, I am a big fan. There’s so much room on the laptop screen to take notes and draw if you’re creative like me! I love how big the mouse pad is and it runs really smooth. I love the way the keyboard feels as well. I am truly so happy with this laptop and even though, I’ve only been using it for 3 months, I’m so sure this was the right choice.
