Rated 5 out of 5 by Lee K from Time for an upgrade and this one is nice. My HP envy is really nice. Like most things I would make a few changes. I'm not crazy about the power cord using a USB C Jack. My old HP power cord plugged into the back corner of the laptop and was out of the way. Some USB accessories can't be plugged in to the other Jack because the power cord is in the way. The power button is much more convenient than my old HP, I like that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Heyburt from Wish List Item It's not a big deal, but I do miss my previous all-in-one model that could bend the screen around and function like a tablet. Otherwise, another great buy from HP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by R Chun from HP Envy 17.3 Laptop I have owned a few HP laptops over the years and so far the Envy 174.3 is the best. For me it is a good balance between a pure gaming laptop and a pure business laptop. The Envy has enough memory and hard drive to run my engineering 3D software and a few games that I like. Also, the Envy is the first laptop that I have owned with a touch screen.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ljnh from Inability of Customer service to solve issues Laptop is fine. Customer service is terrible. Simple account management issue can not be solved. Everyone passes it off. It is an HP identity management failure. As a tech company this is embarrassing that they can’t solve a backend software problem. Should have not purchased from HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JeffMolly from HP. Period. For me, this is a faster, cooler, new computer. The brand? I'm 65 and worked at HP in high school...what other brand is there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sriks from Unintelligent keyboard layout! Been a very long time user of HP Envy series. This is my 5th Envy laptop and got it as a backup (always have 2). Like every product these days, compared to the older ones the new Envy is cheaply made lacking so many things (ports etc.). The keyboard layout is moronic with the power button hidden among other keys (with fn keys), plus the right ctrl key is replaced with Copilot key! I had to download an unwanted app just to remap that key back to ctrl

Rated 5 out of 5 by Zang Zang from Great laptop, HP Quality Another HP, 3rd one. I use them in a pro DJ & sound and lighting business. Also use one to control a laser engraver/cutter in my home workshop. They work great as stand-alone in the field and on a docking station at home. Monitor looks great, keyboard has a good feel. Performance is great, everything runs good on them

I don't see where the power cord is supposed to plug in in the pictures, where's the power out lit?
