I saw it was VERY pricey, but I use my printer for business, so I ordered 2 packs. This paper is so thick.... it jams my printer. Terrible recommendation by HP

Rated 1 out of 5 by Irene37 from Bad instructions I finally hot it working, rotten ran out of paper.I put some in, then it wouldn't work at all. The things on the front to push are unreadable. I can't do what it says on the instructions because I can't see them I asked for help a geek game on. After a few hours, he finally got it going that lasted for a while. Then it wouldn't print again.I messed with it a few days then out it in the garage and dug out my old hp. 4500 . I got it going in no time. It is readable, but old and i don't know how long it will last They also talked me into an insurance thing for $300.00 I regret that

I had originally purchased what I THOUGHT what was SPROCKET PLUS printer paper for my little mini photo printer, only to find out when I received it that it was NOT for SPROCKET PLUS. YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN CARRY SPROCKET PLUS OR IT'S PAPER. JUST SPROCKET. This item wasn't even a couple years old and you guys dissolved it. Now I'm stuck with a printer that I can't even use. When I called to return the sprocket paper, since its useless. The young lady told me to go ahead and keep it, and then talked me into getting a ream of your high grade 8 1/2 x 11 printer paper and suggested I CUT it to size. I actually thought it would work.. IT DOES NOT!! Now not only am I stuck with the old sprocket useless paper, I spent money on more paper that I can't use for the purpose which I INTENDED. Your Sprocket PLUS was perfect. I took it with me on my trips, made pictures for my friends, PLEASE TELL ME WHY AND THE SPROCKET PLUS IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND?!?!? Total waste of money now. NOT HAPPY AT ALL..
