I saw in an unboxing video there was a protective cover included. Is this cover included in all versions of this device or is it an add-on?
Thank you for your question! The HP Elite x360 13-inch 830 G11 has no mention of a protective sleeve with purchase. Some HP EliteBook X360 1040 G11 models do come with a protective sleeve included with purchase, however.

Much RAM memory is on this unit?

Does this laptop support MPP2.0 styluses?

Is there any option to get the regular keyboard without the AI key in right side? Regular keyboards have the right CTRL key. With out this key work use is not possible.
Hello. Thanks for your question. There is not an option to customize this HP Elite x360 830 13 inch G11 2-in-1 Notebook PC Wolf Pro Security Edition. There is a CTRL key on the left side of the keyboard. You can use an external USB keyboard with this laptop.

I cannot find any option to turn on the backlit keys on keyboard, not do I see Fn buttons with such icon, how can I check if the keyboard has backlit option?
