Rated 1 out of 5 by HP_THE_WORST_ALL_THE_TIME from Worst of worst Thanks HP. Before this, I could never know how bad a monitor could be. Buggyyyyyyyyyyyy firmware and bugggggggggyyy firmware updater! I have two of these HP trash Z27U and E27U. YES, BOTH ARE TRASH! AND THE HP DISPLAY CENTER IS TRASH AS WELL!!! HP DISPLAY CENTER can NEVER detect any new firmware update. You have to manually search for it. Neither HDMI and DISPLAY can work properly on windows11. Not mention to display mst. YOU HAVE TO CONNNECT VIA USB-C TO DO SOME FIRMWARE UPDATE FIRST! WELL the lucky part of Z27U is that, after firmware update, it seems work now. FOR E27U G4, the updater itself always complains about "not connected and could not update the firemware" while the monitor is up and lighted and showing my background pic. FUNNY HP?

Rated 5 out of 5 by smartynov from Very good for the price One of the cheapest options if you are looking for a 2K Type-C monitor of this size. It works perfectly with my MacBook Pro (Intel) and M1 MacBook Air, providing charging, video and USB hub over a single Type-C cable. The design if very nice, however the bezel is indeed a bit wider than desired.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BASH8 from DO NOT BE FOOLED I wanted to connect it to my Macbook Pro 16 inches, hence specifically bought the monitor as it has a USB-type C port. The monitor does not connect to the Macbook at all "Input Signal Not Found". Their support is terrible and has no solution for you. They are all outsourced to India and only read scripts with no technical ability to help. They suggested connecting using a display port. I had to spend an extra 15$ only to receive the "Input Signal Not Found" message again. DO NOT BUY IT

Being a 27" QHD monitor it makes looking at the screen for extended periods much more comfortable. The base and the height adjustable stand are also very sturdy and it has all of the connections that I wanted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by TylerTest from Touch screen doesn't seem to work for a stylus. Pen doesn't work on the screen, only touch for fingers... At least my HP PC Stylus doesn't work. Going to try one of those generic, universal ones with a rubber tip for tablets... That may work and then I'd bump it up from 3 stars to 4... 5 stars would be any HP PC Stylus should work.

I think the datasheet has incorrect information? It states "Panel Active Area 20.75 x 11.67 in 52.7 x 29.65 cm" but that is what is also listed in the datasheet for a different monitor, the E24u G4.

Hello Alex and apologies for the confusion. The average viewing area for a 27" monitor is 23.5" by 13.2". We will forward this up and try to get that datasheet fixed and also get an actual viewing size as well. Thank you for being an HP Customer.
