Rated 1 out of 5 by Johan 713 from So far it SUCKS!!!! this far it sucks. I have to reload the roll of paper after every time I print a drawing. Like it backs up too far and spits the paper out. Then you need to go feed it again and go thru the alignment again.

The first is, that when a job starts printing there is no way to cancel it on the machine itself. The second thing is, that you can't use a 300' roll of paper with this machine, the max is 150'. Other than that it's a pretty nice plotter.

The second one works, but the print is not good, there are stripes on each page. We have aligned the cartridge, calibrated the paper roll, etc. still not changes. We need support.

It is replacing ANOTHER piece of GARBAGE T520 that USED to work, but do no longer does (same issues not recognized paper sizes). HP - you suck. You used to be good. $1400 down the drain.

I asked about Mac compatibility and was told that adding the HP SmartApp on my mobile device would make it Mac compatible...to be clear, I work on an iMac desktop system not a mobile device. What if I don't have a mobile device (yes, I'm old school)?

There is an HP Smart for Desktop app for Macs as well. To make sure you are compatible, visit the app store and see if the app is available for download. If it is available you will be good. From what I remember about the previous question, I cross-referenced your OS to make sure you are compatible and you were. Thanks again and if you need further sales assistance let us know!
