Terrific Product!

I like the new all-in-one. From the display to the processor, it is the best. It matches my needs perfectly, not too hot or too cold - just right! It has a 256gb ssd drive to start the computer which fires it up very fast. I really like my HP computer.

Not a high performance system - HP All-in-One 27-cb1177z PC, 27", Windows 11 Home
One HUGE problem with new HP computers with Windows 11 - during setup you reach a screen where you MUST connect to the internet, either via ethernet connection or via WiFi. Does HP & Microsoft not realize that MILLIONS of people don't have any access to the internet? and many more might be in my shoes where I'm temporarily living from a hotel - yes we have wifi, but you have to use an elaborate sign in page and there's no allowance for this situation in the Windows setup program.
Now- as to this specific system, first let me admit I'm a bit of a "power user". That is, on a normal day, I will have at least 2 different browsers open, each with maybe 20 - 30 tabs, I will have a command (CMD) window open, be running VPN software, and have several remote desktop sessions open (VNC/NoMachine) and be streaming from YouTube. I also have an attached 4K UHD monitor.
I thought that with 16GB of RAM, the video subsystem would be able to "borrow" memory for graphics tasks, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The system VRAM is only 512MB, so for example, If I want to run Age of Empires - Definitive Edition (AoE-DE) in single user skirmish, I have to reduce the max "players" to 5 or 6, map size down to 6 player size and max population to 125 per player. Otherwise the game will just seize (become unresponsive) at some point. Other programs like the browsers frequently seize as well. And even parts of the Windows desktop will seize. I'm very disappointed in this system as it wasn't a "cheap" model.

Excellent visibility with 27" screen, systems easy to navigate
The 27" screen makes all the difference for me. I have compromised vision, and now I can see everything and even read what's on the screen without a magnifying glass. Also, I'm not tech savvy, but I can navigate comfortably through all the functions that I require on my wonderful new HP All-In-One.

Absolutely Awful.
Quite honestly the worst computer I've ever had, which is ironic because it's also the most expensive one I've ever purchased. I upgraded from a very basic HP laptop, which was actually a fabulous unit, because I needed something with more muscle. I'm so disappointed with this computer, and even more disappointed that I missed the return window. While the touch screen is a nice feature, and the screen resolution is excellent, this computer is slow, clunky and noisy. The fan runs continually, making you think the computer will burn itself out. It's incredibly slow, and when you have too many tabs open in a browser, will freeze up and crash. My Excel keeps shutting down, as does my Outlook. The worst part, however, is how absolutely ABYSMAL the webcam is. No matter how I light the room, and even using a light designed to be used on camera, the picture is orange, dark and grainy. Even my hair (which is brunette), looks reddish/orange on camera. We live in the era of Zoom meetings and virtual work - how is HP selling a product that doesn't have a state-of-the-art camera? I've been a long time HP user, so this is incredibly disappointing. I expected more from HP. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER.

Unsure about this one.
I’ve had this all in one for 2 weeks and I’m not impressed. I work from home so I am on it for 8 hours a day. The screen is great but the camera/zoom quality is terrible. The fan runs up and down and is very noisy. It has a very slow response time and will take 5-20 seconds to load as the day goes on. I checked the memory and it’s using 33% in the background! It’s slowing down my computer. I don’t think I would recommend this to others and wish I had bought a different model. Maybe it’s the all in one that’s the problem though because the specs are good enough that they should be fine after two weeks of use.

Great PC, awful webcam
I purchased the PC in December 2022. I have been pleased with the PC except for one thing, the built in HP Wide Vision 1080p FHD webcam picture quality is awful, resulting in me not being seen clearly during meetings. The picture of me during meetings is grey and extremely grainy.
I called customer support and the customer service rep ran a series of diagnostic tests and also remoted in to my PC to update/install software, adjust the picture herself, etc., etc. After everything had failed, why she didn’t say these words specifically, I was left with, in essence, your webcam sucks. Even though the PC is under warranty, there was no offer of having a tech come to my home to replace the webcam or a webcam I can attach to my PC. Just that my webcam sucks.
After the call with the rep ended, she called me back a short while later and said I should try deleting Windows 11 and reinstalling it and HP would send me Windows 11 for the reinstall. This to me was not an option, why take a chance of doing something to the operating system that could cause problems when the issue is the webcam.
I would have rated the PC 5 stars if not for the webcam.

I’m unsure if I’m going to keep this computer. On unboxing, I really liked the size of the computer. It’s easy to setup as well. But as I started doing things for work on it I noticed two major issues. 1. The fan inside ramps up and is extremely noisy. Would affect a work call. 2. The camera quality is horrible. Much worse than my 2018 HP laptop. It is very blurry and pixelated. I’m shocked there hasn’t been a review mentioning this yet, but for someone who spends most of the day on zoom it’s a big issue.

Awesome HP 27” all in one computer
My laptop computer was so very slow. I would have to wait for it just to come on. Wait to get anything up. So I started looking for a new computer. I was comparing HP computers from three different sources for a few weeks when I saw this HP computer , sold by HP. I loved it. 27” inch - all in one , 16 gb and 1 Tb. The price was great. I showed my son the computer and he said that was a great computer with lots of room and at a great price. I love it! It is so easy to use. At my age (almost 70) that is important. I love looking up at the computer instead of looking down with my old laptop. I can’t get over how fast it is. I turn it on and it is instant on. I go to a site and it is up instantly. The 27 “ screen allows a lot to be seen at once. As I work on my ancestry with the 27” screen I can spread out all my ancestors at once which is great! Love this computer! ❤️

Disappointment, slow and noisy, not worth it.
The computer is beautiful and smart. However, although I only use it for office work (Windows) and to connect to my office server, the computer is noisy since I turned it on for the first time, and it is slow, it takes forever to open some documents and to navigate some programs as ADOBE.

I love the pc but for one thing- why is the on and off button on the back of the screen-? when I turn it off, a light at the right bottom keeps blinking- so I unplug it to prevent this- but otherwise I love the pc- it is so fast-

i needed a faster computer that was at a reasonable cost. my laptop had slowed down so much that it's ridiculous. i also needed more storage and space for my photography and graphic design. the computer itself has a nice sleek and slim design. i wish there was a SD card insert as well as a USB-C slot, this has neither of those. I'll have to purchase the external versions of those. a couple more USB plugs would be good also. Overall, it's fast and runs well and has a nice look.
