It would be nice if it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse but no big deal. If you’re thinking about buying one of these, just do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Loads quickly and Windows 11 OS is intuitive to operate.The stand legs are a bit clunky and intrusive and I miss the Bang & Olafson speaker system but at least the headphone jack is operational. Overall it's a competent computer. Would have preferred Intel processors because I am not as familiar with the amd ryzen 7 5700U but so so far so good.

This unit was very easy to set up and get going: only a few simple steps. This unit will eventually replace my 2011 HP Pavilion HPE, which I still work on daily. So far, looks impressive, except for the speakers.

The instructions were not clear as to where to find the WPS pin number. I got a message on my computer that indicated the number could be found on the packaging or with the papers that came with it. Nope, not true. I finally saw it displayed on the screen on the printer itself--NO WHERE did the instructions say it would be on the screen! And it had timed out so I had to start all over. It was also a pain to get it to scan to my email. Too many steps.

This 27" screen is so much better and the AMD processors with Windows 11 is very fast and responsive !! Very pleased at this point with this purchase. Be certain that your accessories work with Windows 11.

Does this all in one come with a tower that has disk reader/writer?

Thank you for your question. All-in-one computers do not come with a tower. The computer itself is embedded behind the monitor. This particular all-in-one does not come with an optical drive, but you can purchase an external one. I hope this answer helps!
