Rated 5 out of 5 by Tony K.D from Great innovation. As a matter of fact this computer is a replacement of my previous HP Pavilion 17" laptop. I set it up, so far so good. Screen is large and bold. I do sincerely recommend it to anyone needing a computer. I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Debbie S. from Computer fits well It's a great computer however, I did not realize it did not have a DVD player so I had to go out and purchase one separately. My last computer had one and thought this one did as well. Guess it's one of those things I should have reconfirmed. But otherwise, it's a great computer and fits perfectly on my desktop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SeanE2023 from Hewlett-Packard Desktop Computer The new HP All in One desktop computer was perfect. It was really well packed, so no damage. Shipping was great, easy to connect. No issues at all swapping in the wireless keyboard and mouse I'd ordered. Was also able to make a wireless connection to my current Canon printer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Joshua H from HP 24" AIO For The Win! This is a delightful little all in one! I love the overall look and feel as well as the ability to hide the camera when not in use. The combination of ample memory and Intel Inside (both processor and graphics) make this a wonderful, compact, concise, and powerful system. The only downside is I am not a big fan of the stand. It does not give the feel of a strong, robust stand that is holding my valuable computer. When in hand, it is good enough, but I would still prefer a stand that inspires high confidence. The stand aside, the computer is great! Does everything I need and more. Spring for the extra memory and performance Intel i7 CPU!

Rated 1 out of 5 by HP Moderates Comments from Poor company that's censors comments. 2nd attempt. When computer comes back from sleep mode it doesn't connect to the internet a lot of times and has to be done manually. Screen cracks if base of computer is bumped and with a small crack computer will not function because of touch screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bill N from It is fast and space saving I love having a desktop! This one is great. I can do my audio recording in my home studio with plenty of RAM to spare. The keyboard is perfectly functional but cheap feeling. I can use my computer dest in the manner it was designed to be used! I would recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by S232 from Great computer but take off the film on the camera Computer seems great. However, the set up instructions do not tell you take off the plastic film over the camera. I spent hours on chat and phone with HP support and even had to take it to a HP support center before someone realized this was the issue! Disappointed that HP is selling this with a wired mouse and keyboard--a bit outdated, no? For a computer of at this price point, give us a wireless mouse and keyboard! Finally, I hate that Windows default is to upload all your files to OneDrive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kathy S. from Great computer, bad keyboard Device works great for work-related tasks as well as gaming. Taking away a star because of the keyboard. The keyboard was would randomly type one character and nothing I tried solved the issue. Ended up buying a new non HP keyboard.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pat K La from Good--With Qualifications A nice computer that fits my work space. The Intel I7 is the best. Plenty of RAM and the 512SSD is plenty of storage, though I also use a 2TB back-up. This model came with a wired keyboard and mouse which use up 2 USB ports...i would need at least one "splitter" but the keyboard is small and difficult to use so I will be buying a third party wireless keyboard/mouse, an extra expense. Windows11 is a pain to get used to. I find it not nearly as intuitive as the ancient windows7 which I had been using. So, spruce up the keyboard/mouse and I'd give it a 4.75 on a scale of 1-5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by L Murray from Good to use. For once I got something that seems to be hiccup free. I'm in the middle of starting a new retail store, and that last thing I needed was to have to spend time figuring out how to make things work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ElectricSHEEP(TM) from Windows 11 Ruins an Otherwise Decent Machine I think this will be the last Windows PC I buy before learning how Linux works and trying to drag myself out of my Windows dependency. The hardware is fine, I like the aesthetic of the pop up/down camera, the stand is a little obnoxious if you want to raise it up (and you will if you're spending any time on cam and don't want the angle to add 7 chins), and it needs more than the 3 USB ports it has. The processor doubles my up/download speeds compared to my previous machine, files download almost instantly, everything opens faster, I can have a million tabs open and run multiple programs and it's fine. Graphics are good, but I don't care about graphics, I only need to get around the internet and use a few programs for work and freelance, no intensive gaming. All the problems I've been having are problems with Windows 11. Windows 11 is what happens when someone at a meeting says "What if we took all the parts of the internet that everyone truly hates and just make that the foundation of our OS?" The whole thing is built to advertise to you and to sell you Microsoft products (ideally) or whatever (yes, they're selling your data, obviously). Tl;dr: You have to be signed in to your Outlook account to use any Microsoft product you have a license for. There is no option to use the software you're licensing from Microsoft in a way that doesn't allow them to harvest your data and scrape through all of it. If you click the Start menu to access apps/programs, your first stop is a page of "recommendations" that you cannot remove, you can only bypass/ignore it. If you delete all the unnecessary bloatware that you will never use, your computer will do a software update and reinstall all of it. I have spent so many hours sifting through forum posts and tech articles trying to find a way around any of this and there is none. There is also no way to downgrade this machine to Windows 10, it was literally the first thing I checked and there's no way for me to do it. I know advertising is how the internet gets paid. When I go online, I am being advertised to and that ad revenue subsidizes things I'm not paying money for directly, like watching videos or reading articles or using social media. Thing is, I paid for this computer and I paid for licenses for all the software I'm trying to use on it. There is no reasonable explanation for why Microsoft is insisting on getting my money up front and also taking my data to sell to advertisers, except that they want more money and this will get them more money. (Do you want ads on Netflix? This is like having ads on Netflix and still having to pay full price for it.) I also know Google is doing the same thing with their whole deal, but Google isn't my OS and this kind of overreach is why.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Shirley A. from HP All-in-one pc 23.8 Windows 11 home intel Core i7, 16G---totally irrepairable I am very disappointed....It was supposed to be brand new. I spent a lot of time ordering it. I needed a new computer. It didn't even let me get to the first screen. I spent a lot of time having someone do remote control, at least one hour I lost my time...Automatic repair did not fix it. It was irrepairable not fixable. It made some loud cracking noices when remote control was exiting. No way was I going to do one more thing w/that computer. I should be compensated for the trouble I went through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grammy-Gram from Always reliable HP is the only brand of computer I will ever buy. It has always been reliable. This computer is a gift for my husband next Christmas so it's not even out of the box yet. But I have no doubt that it will be as reliable and easy to set up as every other HP I have ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pasoboy2 from Great performance! Comparing this machine to my old one is day and night. The ssd drive and added ram has made this machine extremely more responsive. I had a six year old all=in-one with 8 G of ram, an i5 processor, and a regular hard drive before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Penny from KS from Great gift I bought this as a gift for my wife. She was a little leery about Windows 11, but it took all of about 15 minutes and she loves this machine. It is fast, easy to set up and does more than she ever thought. Shipping was fast and we received the new PC about a week earlier than we thought we would. HP does not disappoint.
