Customer asks HP for product support to no avail
When I purchased the high yield cartridge I was told it would last for 6500 copies it did not last two weeks and when I called I got no satisfaction from sales or tech support. This was true for the cyan cartridge as well but the yellow and black are still almost full. Very dissatisfied in the product and no one to contact.

Horribly exorbitant price
Price is horribly exorbitant. I haven't even installed them yet but when I do, they should last 6 years for the money I paid. I should have researched the price of the cartridges before purchasing printer.

Only use HP ink for your HP printer
Learned a long time ago that knock off ink/toner is not the same. I only use HP ink and toner in my HP products and the printouts are always bright and crisp.

Great product the 972X
Printer tells you it needs a magenta cartridge. You go online to order from hp store because everyone else has same price , which causes you to faint. You order and get next day shipping free. And it comes to you within a week. It is still sitting next to printer and the printer is working well with the original cartridge. Interesting that three of the four all called for a replacement within a week of each other.

Questionable # of Copies
It seems the number of printed pages from cartridges is questionable and
perhaps not as advertised! Printer also ate up a check that was being
copied and. no technicial support personnel has been able to assist in
figuring how toget it out of printer.

Just pop it in - no errors, problems, or drama
The large (972X) high yield cartridge reduces cost per page.
Order with free next day delivery when the warning message appears, and have it in stock when the cartridge becomes empty. (You can also monitor your print supplies remaining life with PageWide software as needed.) No driving to the store in traffic, searching the shelves to see if it’s in stock, waiting in checkout lines and driving back (all valuable time wasted and a distraction).
Just pop out the old empty cartridge and pop in the new. No errors, problems, or drama.
On the carton it states “Designed for superior business performance.” PageWide cartridges reproduce photos without vast amounts of wet ink. My documents alway print sharp, and don’t smear, streak, or run. I’ve never had to worry about quality or performance issues with HP original cartridges.
