Paid for new and got used cartridges, Shame on HP!
I am not happy with HP!
I have bought several HP cartridges as different stores and have found my 952 cartridges arrive using used old cartridges and not new ones, wrapped and sealed. VERY DISAPPOINTED and feel you are robbing customers by asking us topay the HIgh Price for new and received subpar used cartridges. This was a test to see if it is coming from HP Directly and YES, I received the old used cartridge and paid fullprice for "USED". This is unacceptable and will purchase a new printer and be done with YOU.

No more online ordering from HP for this rural customer.
The online order form explicitly states only a physical address can be used as delivery address, no mail box numbers are accepted. I complied. In my opinion, when HP took my money via VISA, HP had an obligation to get the product to me at the physical address they requested. Instead the delivery was made to the local post office, 1.5 miles from the address HP required. Furthermore, HP did not notify me about the delivery, and after one day, the personnel at the post office initiated the return to HP. Out of ink, I drove 15 miles to the nearest store that carries HP products and spent another $168. HP deserved 0 stars.

HP Inks and Printers are superior products.
I have been using HP printers and HP genuine inks for decades. The performance of both have been excellent. The printers have a draft mode, which I use for my most of my printing, both black and white and color. I am able to save a lot of ink that way and the documents print far better than other printer/ink combos. Most of the time, no one can tell the documents, greeting cards, flyers, etc. are actually drafts.
The only thing I use the recommended settings for are photographs. As long as I continue to get the same quality, I won't ever consider changing to another printer or ink.

Involuntarily enrollment into the Instant Ink program
The color cartridges were great. The black cartridge enrolled me in the instant ink program which i didn’t want. This is the 3rd time I've provided this feedback so, it appears that HP doesn't pay attention to the feedback.

HP sent wrong ink cartridges.
Ordered ink, HP sent wrong cartridges. I didnt notice it until I tried to use them and then I was outside their return policy, so $120 lost. It was their error, but my penalty for not catching it. I now only order for immediate use.

Black inkjet didn’t work, cleaned them twice, in the process, the HP office jet pro 8710 drained the magenta cartridge, and most of the other two. I am done with HPPrinters, I can’t afford to waste ink.

You (HP), deserve a dead ZERO!
All 3 of this 3 Print Cartridge Order were disqualified by my HP Printer.

Thank you for your question! All HP inkjet printers can print water-resistant photos with HP Advanced Photo Paper and genuine HP ink. Water-resistant means that if a print is exposed to water, it should not be damaged, as long as it is carefully dried promptly. HP Premium and Premium Plus Photo Paper do not provide water-resistant prints. HP Advanced Photo Paper must be used for water-resistant prints.
