My PRINTER CAN'T FIND IT'S PRINTHEAD!!! ODD BECAUSE IT'S THERE!!
I can't tell you since my printer failed on me - it gave me an error message that it couldn't find the printer head!! Really? Maybe that's why the previous ink I purchased wouldn't fit into the printer, and they had to send a new one.

Feedback and Lost Laptop
The cartridges and all the peripherals to the laptop came very quickly. I've been waiting on my laptop for well over a month and last I was told, he was lost in transit and that's the only information that I have so right now although I think you're a highly valued company and I've always had good luck with you. But this time, I'm just very displeased with the follow up and follow through on my lost laptop.

INK Replacement
MY HP 8600 Desk Jet gave me the error, "Yellow and Blue" ink need replaced). I had new ink on hand so I replaced it. The error still remained, Yellow and Blue need replaced. So I purchased from the HP store a new total replacement ink supply. I installed new ink, Black, Blue, Yellow, Red. The printer still said the yellow and blue were damaged, and needed to be replaced. .I spent $150.00 on new ink. Talked to AI but that didn't work either..

CUSTOMER STILL WAITING FOR AN OVERDUE PRODUCT
I ordered this product Oct 29 along with additional black ink and print paper. However, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE COLORED CARTRIDGES! I was then told a new shipment of the colored cartridge would be sent to me H365531637. However, it is now December 17th and I have yet to receive the HP colored cartridge. I feel I have been OVERLY PATIENT!! Please send this cartridge to me, as I paid for it Octover 29th!

Bad Cartridges
These cartridges damaged my printer because they were not sealed. If there were sealed, the three color cartridges would have been full and there were not. As soon as I installed them, "printer failure" came up and there was no successful way to reset or clear the failure. Now I don't have a printer because these ink cartridges ink and or printer system and it won't be an HP. I had this HP 8610 and I loved it. I only printed ocassionally so it was like new. Terrible experience.

Fake HP Ink
I ordered ink from Amazon, and sadly it wasn't HP. I didn't realize it for months because I didn't need it. But when I did, it didn't work as well and my printer complained about it. I will only order from HP in the future. There are a lot of fakes out there so you have to be vey careful.

HP Customer Support is awful 😖
I purchased directly from HP Shop. I got a bad cartridge. They have been 0 help!!!!! I pd $155 and they are no help!!! I have spoken with a rep from HP that promised they would do something. Again no help. Hp does not care about you!!!! I have spent hours on the phone. 1 promised they would send a new cartridge. Nope still don't have it!!! Every time i call, they don't have a case number!! Even if i give them the case number, they day it had been closed!!! Very frustrating 😕

Very Easy Process
I was delighted in how easy it was to receive the cartridges I needed and how quickly they arrived at my home. I had go to the regular stores I ordinarily use to purchase my needed cartridges (Walmart, Target, Costcos) but they were all of them out of supply. HOnis the worst
HOnis the most difficult to set up, the most buggy, and has the lowest print quality in the entire industry. They have the most expensive ink and they have chips in their ink refills that prevent you from trying to use a 3rd party ink supplier. Never buy HP products. They’re garbage and the competition is a better value. Buy a Brother printer instead.

Horrible experience. Cartridges were sent from a Co. In Miami, the Yellow one showed as empty. I returned the whole package and they issued a partial refund. They owe me $36 dollars. Had to dispute through my bank. I will never order it again, rather go to the store, as I did.
