Can't go wrong with Genuine HP products
Getting my replacement ink cartridges was as easy as I could have imagined. You know they are in stock and the will ship overnight for free and send you a bag so you can return the empty cartridges back to HP to be recycled. The order process was simple and i will re-order through HP in the future.

Product shutting down by computer and HP not responding
I tried both 2 new 950/x and then a 950 black ink cartridges in my HPOfficeJetPro8600Plus and my printer will not work now, stating there is an ink problem. I had replaced all colors previous this fall without a problem. I tried to get help on line but after hours could not get any human to respond and I no longer worry about AI taking us over as the machine advisers neither helped or responded to specific questions. I guess my choice is to get a new printer over simple ink cartige issue.

Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. However, When I installed the cartridge my HP printer message said the cartridge was damaged. After hours of trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem, I returned cartridge for a refund.

Wish I had bought only HP ink before
I bought these replacement cartridges and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately, my previous non-HP cartridges leaked and messed up the printer so badly, I can't get it to work no. HP ink has worked great for me, previously, though.

Cartridge Couldn’t Fix Problem
After receiving the cartridge the printer still couldn’t print. The message I’m receiving from the printer is that the print head is failing so won’t fix it as it’s too old to put more money into it.

Not what I expected
I purchased this in May and my HP printer just ran out of ink yesterday July 3rd. I opened the box, which was sealed and put the cartridge in my printer. The cartridge was empty. I took the cartridge out and shook it and there was nothing in it. I don't want to go buy another one, plus a lot of places are out of stock. Will you please send me another one, but please check it first.

The HP OfficeJet 8010 printer uses HP 915XL and HP915 Ink Cartridges. The HP OfficeJet 8010 is not available in the US and neither are those cartridges. If you were referring to the HP OfficeJet Pro 8015e that will use the HP 910 series inks and are available in the US.

I have an Officejet Pro 8600. It came with a 950 cartridge CN049. It will accept those cartridges but others sold by HP as 950 black cartridges do not fit. The manual is silent on this. What is the right XL black cartridge for this printer?
The 950XL black is compatible with this printer. Also, the other colors are the 951 cartridges.
