Waste of Money!
I bought this ink cartridge because I cancelled my instant ink membership. This cartridge does not work after having Instant Ink cartridges in my printer, in fact none of the NEW color ink cartridges work... a total waste of money!

Very hard to remove orange top before installing
The ink is fine, but removing the orange plastic top is a pain. I struggle to pop this off each time I install a cartidge. I don't understand why isn't designed for easier removal.

Praise takes all
The HP website gets me where I want to be after several tries. It keeps wanting me to sign up for automatic delivery - sorry I don't use my printer that much so quit hassling me. Then on installing the ink, the printer decided it wouldn't work. Where do I find help. I had to jump through hoops. I used to have "doc" app on the laptop but that too has disappeared and finally after many days and attempts I resolved my issue and got the printer working again. it's just not as easy as it used to be. I don't think it's my little old lady attempts either. Make it easier please.

Bad return policy
I didn’t use because the problem was the print head. Though it said returns in 30 days, HP declined to refund purchase, even though I ended up buying a new printer from them with instant ink. Therefore, anyone need a new cartridge? I can’t use a replacement cartridge because it won’t be instant ink cartridge.

Poor customer service
I ordered ink from HP Ink They sent me the wrong ink. Then when I tried to return it, I couldn’t get any customer service to assist me.
The worst customer service! Now I’m out cost of ink cartridge. Do not order from HP ink!

Extra Ink Cartridge Shipped
I received a single HP 910XL Cyan ink cartridge in a separate shipment several days before I received my initial Instant Ink replacement shipment (large black cartridge, plus 3 smaller cartridges for the 3 primary colors). I removed the ink cartridges that came with the purchase of my HP printer from Costco, and returned them to HP in the return shipment envelope that accompanied the replacement cartridges. I still have the HP 910XL Cyan ink cartridge in my possession.

Quality could be better
The packing seems designed to deter retail theft and not use. Once opened, ink was oozing from cartridge as if overfilled. It took a few dozen pages of printing before blue streaks stopped appearing.

Ink program has rendered my printer useless.
I bought the ink. And I paid for the membership. And I called The Help line. And this machine still isn't working. I've spent more on ink than I've spent on machine. HP is so darn smart I can't even print anymore. And I just need to reduce and enlarge in black and white. No color needed but the machine doesn't care everything has to be working and it has to be working its way. Very very disappointed. Worse than that it's a good machine. And it's a good program. But the ink has rendered it useless.

I have no choice but to rate this ink cartridge with 5 stars. Without it, I wouldn't be able to use my HP Printer. The price is so high for all of their ink, I might just toss this printer and get another brand. I'll use the rest of my ink and then that's it. To have this kind of control over HP users is criminal.

I misplaced the original free ink cartridge that hp sent, so quickly ordered another. It came in good time. hp ink is for our church printer, and we feel blessed to have 6 mo. free ink. We currently use downloaded Sunday school materials, and the church printer has saved our own personal printers from the extra use.
