Ink blew out under pressure when cap was removed.
Cartridge was under pressure when I took cap off and black ink sprayed everywhere ruining my clothes. Never had that happen before. Ink spewed out of opening like a geyser.

Inexpensive printer, expensive ink
Great cartridge but twice the cost of generic that I’d been using for years till printer wouldn’t print unless I had HP installed. Frustrating. Help forum on using generic didn’t fix prob, so if I wanted to print had to buy original.

it's the zebra effect
like the ink; like its longevity; the ease of installation...BUT not the opening of the cartridge. The orange tab always gives me fits and starts, but this time it gave me blackened hands, black dots on the wall, and on one of my favorite paintings (that, luckily was glassed). do better please

Expensive and inconvenient
Too expensive and is inconvenient that I can only buy from HP. Why is ink a lot more inexpensive at Target or Amazon? But other 920xl doesn’t work in the printer.

Prefer the XL cartridges as they last longer, I have tried 3rd party cartridges, but I gave up on them as they ink runs in the rain, do not have that problem (at least noticeably) with HP ink.

Hard to rate this since I haven't yet rec'd my order placed 6-3-24. Order# 1052580554. It didn't ship until 6-11-24 (8 days after it was ordered) I was finally able to talk with someone and they tell me it should be delivered by 6-18-24. Is this the best you can do?

Failure to receive the ink I ordered on April 15,
I ordered this on April 15, 2024, and still have not received it.
On May 13, HP Customer Service told me that a shipping date was not available.
On that same day, May 13, HP "chat" ("Athena") told me that it was "stuck at and not moving in the DHL"
"chat" also told me that they would expedite the shipment - but I still have no idea where my order is, or when I might expect to receive it.
As you can imagine, I am quite unhappy - and about to run out of ink.
Anything you can do to get me the ink I order a month ago - and desperately need - would be greatly appreciated.

How to take the orange cap off the cartridge to install?
Thank you for your question! To remove the orange cap from an HP ink cartridge, first, make sure you've completely removed the pull tab and any plastic wrap. Then, hold the cartridge by its sides and twist the orange cap counter-clockwise to snap it off.
