Ink Quality/page quantity Sucks
I pay a small fortune on ink, I could buy a new printer for what I pay for this ink. And it does not give me more than 50 pages before I’m receiving “low ink” Ridiculous! Definitely would not recommend, and have to consider another printer, even though mine is relatively new. Going to consider another Comp, no more HP.

Defective Ink Cartridges
Two of the last three replacement 902 ink cartridges have been detective according to the HP Printer in which I inserted them. Rather than go through the hassle of returning them (both black and multicolor since error message didn’t specify which one was defective) again, I’ve decided to buy a Brother printer instead which I hope offers more reliable and cheaper ink supplies.

Less than ideal experience
I was sent the wrong cartridges - my order showed I had ordered the right ones. They would not send correct cartridges until I returned the wrong ones they had sent. I had to find a FedEx location that accepted drop off returns. The correct cartridges were sent 2-day delivery; it took 4 days.

This is my second NEW cartridge that does NOT work. My printer was working just fine without the update. In an attempt to be a committed HP user, my BRAND new cartridge (from my stock purchased in bulk a few years back) nor the one HP just delivered.

I have used the HP 902 color and black cartridges since purchasing my HP6978 about 5 years ago. I do have a tendancy to print often for paper-in-hand reading and editing vs on-line reading. Excellent product that never smears when printing or copying, provides clear copies and cartridges have a good life cycle. A little pricey, but never disappointed with the quality.

One of the cartridges doesn’t work.
The cyan cartridge doesn’t work at all. To the untrained eye it appears to be normal. I’ve tried using the clean printhead function a number of times with no success.

The 3 color packs fail to print - not at all, nothing! HP ought to fix this or refund my money. I got advice from an expert about what might be the problem. I followed the expert's instructions but colors 902still failed.

My printer refuses to work after I changed ink cartridge and gives me a message that I am using an "old generation of cartridge." I assume the ones you are selling now are all "new generation" cartridge? Just want to make sure what I order will work.

What is the expiration date of the ink cartridges I will buy?
The warranty expiration date would vary from the one-year period since it was manufactured and is not an expiration date. It would not just cease to function after said date, and if the cartridges do not work for any reason, you will want to contact the HP Customer Service to get them replaced.
