Disappointed
I bought this because my old OfficeJet Pro 8620 had printer head problems. It cost more than the 8620 and does half the things. Was extremely disappointed to find out that it doesn't collate so is almost useless to me for printing. It shows it's connected to internet but then says it's unable to update. I've been looking at that for about a week and dreading the time it will take with support to fix. Was able to get new print head and have gone back to 8620. Will keep this to use in emergencies but would not buy again. Have had a myriad of HP printers and have never been disappointed until now.

Works Great, what else could one ask for?
We bought this for our office (high volume) printer and I'm really glad we did. These last a long time, are easy to install, and give you all the instructions to send the old one in for recycling with postage paid, which is a big bonus!

I purchased the HP 81X about a month ago and am pleased with the item. Received the item in a timely manner and trust the HP brand. This is not the first time I have used HP brand but having tried others, especially re-manufactured toner
which bleed toner, I went back to HP originals.

What is compatible toners for Leserjet M604 and 611
Thank you for your question, the HP LaserJet Enterprise M604dn uses HP 81A toner. As for the HP LaserJet Enterprise M611dn, that model uses HP 147A toner.

Thank you for your question! The printers the HP 81X are compatible with are all discontinued and no longer available for purchase from HP. The fastest of those printers was the HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M630z at 60PPM in black print.
