As a small business owner, I need to save time and money on supplies. Ordering drums for my black and white printer is much easier when I order straight from HP, especially since the particular drum that I need isn't available in any of the retail stores near me.

damaged shipping box
The shipping box arrived with its one end having been opened and then taped bach shut in a sloppy manner, I could not trust the integrity of its contents. Here is a photo of that opened end.
I have a photo of the damaged box but at 93 years and alone, I am too dumb to add it to this report

Lasted 3 1/2 days.
Printed the front of 150 envelopes. Name and address only. And maybe like 6 other pages. Complete waste of money. It was like I got a partially used product. I love my HP printer, but many more cartridges like this and I’ll have to switch brands (Yes, I checked to be sure my ink wasn’t being used to heavy)

Great shopping and shopping experience
I was on autopilot when I tried ordering this through amazon and It was right around the holidays, so even with prime it was three weeks out. A friend reminded me to try ordering through HP and they were the same price and free fast shipping. It came i. 2 or 3 days all the way to Alaska.

Please clarify the printer model number and resubmit. The LaserJet Pro MFP M13 was not found in the US Product Database. Are you asking about the m130? If so the M130 uses the HP 17A toner cartridge.
