Improve mailers please for expensive ink cartridges.
Box was damaged. For such an expensive ink (plotter ink, over $100 per cartridge), ordered direct from HP, would expect packaging that can sufficiently protect the contents. Cartridge appears ok but won't know for sure until current cartridge runs out. Will probably be past return date by then.
