For such an expensive ink (plotter ink, over $100 per cartridge), ordered direct from HP, would expect packaging that can sufficiently protect the contents. Cartridge appears ok but won't know for sure until current cartridge runs out. Will probably be past return date by then.

The same with the Matte Black Cartridge which also was 74% full. My way of thinking this was extortion. I have discussed this with my attorney and he may file a complaint with the FTC.
