HP was not helpful.
My black and cyan ink was not working on my 8025 office jet, I went through diagnostics and they said I needed a new print head. They sent me one for a different type of printer. I called and said they sent me the wrong one and to please send me the correct one. They had none. None! For my printer. I am sending the incorrect print heads back and the my HP printer is in the trash.

Print head fine / harness not so much
We changed heads and it was easy enough but the harness that held it was problematic. After engaging HP for an inordinate amount of money, the harness was replaced and the printer works fine.

Not the right size
No the right size as claime don website I have a professional photo pro for photo and scrapbooking business and the inks says HP 38. But they say it’s replacemnt is 70 not it nothing like the current individual inks well I have now it a dual ink they say it’s the only inks I ought over 225 for the inks I needed for this machine they won’t trade them in or refund says it the only ones not returnable I can’t

Great product and great service!
Our office depends on our large HP inkjet to meet tight deadlines. When our Z3200 had problems printing yellow that the regular "Clean print head" software could not solve, we figured it was the print head that needed replacement. We ordered it immediately, got it next day with no shipping charge! Worked great and our deadlines were met! Thanks HP!

HP print the world...
I bought cartridge and printhead for my HPZ3100....package always on time. Quality is perfect. I need to buy some more cartridge I will do it on HP store on line. Only small problem, the price of cartridges is high.

I bought a Printhead a few month ago, unfortunately it was defective...
